Just bought this fantastic Python Yellow A1 Vorsprung and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Ali Shah. Ali was patient, calm and informative and we reached a great deal for my trade in. After the deal Ali kept in touch with regular updates via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble. Im very happy with my car, (its my second Audi) and the experience and would happily recommend Mr. Shah and Audi Oxford if youre looking for a great deal on a fabulous AUDI!

I have had my car serviced by Marshall Oxford Audi over the past five years, and it has been an absolute pleasure to see their customer service go from strength to strength in that time, particularly over the last couple of years. I’d had a fair bit of disappointment with their service during my initial first couple of years, but the service team over the last three years has been wonderful. Special shout out to Laura C in the service team who over the last couple of visits has helped restore my faith in the Audi brand. Her service has been impeccable, she’s extremely professional and diligent, and what I appreciated most is that she kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs throughout the process. Thank you Laura and the service team for your excellent customer service, it’s much appreciated. I sincerely hope other customers get to experience the high level of service I’ve had.

Possibly the worst main dealer experience Ive ever had. After transferring the full payment for an Audi S5, on the day of the delivery I asked David to make sure he sends a print out of the full service history, he said he would email it across, to my amazement the car only had its first service 2 months ago (May 2021), over 3 years after first registration (18 plate), yet they advertised the car as having a full service history. David said dont worry, weve bought it back to Audi standards by doing the multi point car check, and he was still insisting it was still classed as a full service history despite the car missing 2 services. If you can miraculously bring cars back to Audi standard that havent been serviced for years, we should stop wasting our money on main dealer services then. I emailed them for a refund as per the contract and received no reply, had to chase them several times for a refund to be issues. Total shambles of a garage, would not recommend.

Shocking. Put a deposit down on a q7, test drove the car but I didnt purchase the q7 and got my deposit back. A month later money came out of my account for the first payment for the q7 I never purchased. Im in the process of being refunded but my advice to anyone wanting to buy from Oxford audi, dont, look else where, absolutely shocking from start to finish, and without a doubt the worst dealership and untrustworthy people Ive ever dealt with.

These guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing!The staff are rude and incompetent and in dire need of customer service training.I’ve given them 3 chances as listed below and been disappointed every time. In respect of balanced feedback, at least there are consistent in being awful!1) Car Service: After booking a oil change service, I was advised it would take 2 hours and could wait whilst the service was conducted, after 2 1/2 hours I asked how much longer it would be. They haven’t even looked at the car yet, it tool 5 hour in total and they didn’t do the oil service, they did a point check service instead!2) Attempted new car purchase. After seeing 2 vehicles I was interested in online, I asked the salesman to structure a quote for the 2 specific vehicles, after multiple back and forth questions, he provided a quote, but for 2 completely different vehicles which were significantly over priced. As a result of the salesman complete failure to actually listen to the customer, I bought my new RS5 from Audi Norwich instead.3) Attempted purchase of Audi portable espresso machine. After seeing this on display whilst in the showroom (ref point 3), I called Audi on Saturday morning to see if they had the Espresso machine in stock. The girl I spoke with had no clue they even sold it, but said she would have someone from “parts” call me back to confirm. After a couple of hours waiting, I called Audi Oxford back, it was the same girl, whom in fairness apologies no one from the elusive parts department had called back, but they were now closed (apparently they close at 1 on a Saturday) and for me to call back on Monday! Again, I’ve ordered this online instead.Avoid at all costs!

As my car was reaching 3 years old I booked a sales appointment with Audi Oxford. I was looked after by Ali Shah, Ali was so helpful throughout the very efficient process. Picked my car on Saturday and collected it on Tuesday. Ali called when he said he would and was great with my son making him feel part of the process, letting him draw Sold on the car window and do the unveiling when we collected. Booked in for service and MOT advised cost would be about £280. Received email saying that gear box oil need to be changed as an urgent action and final cost ended up being £690. On checking the manual an oil change to the gear box is only recommended at slightly more mileage than my car has done and and should not ever have been labelled an urgent action. Need to watch these so-called urgent actions.

Excellent customer service and support from Khalid Shah, who went that extra miles in our purchasing journey on Audi TT, by waiting for us to arrive at the showroom at 7pm due traffic conditions on the road to view the car. Just popped in on the off-chance needing some help with both key fobs and the central locking on my ancient TTS. I was met by a very nice lady who took my keys and asked me to take a seat. 2 minutes later a lovely chap called Saab came out and changed the batteries in both fobs. He came to the car and checked that they both worked and said to come back if I had any problems.I was warned by friends that an Audi dealership would charge me a fortune but the whole lot cost £9.Great customer service and unbelievable value.Thank you, Audi. You will have my business again.

I recently visited Marshall oxford Audi to have a look at the E-tron RS, I was looking round one in the car park to which a sales man came and parked another Audi right next to me, as he got out the car he took 1 look at me and then proceed to walk into the showroom, didn’t even say hello. I was amazed that he didn’t even greet me. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Train your staff.

Have had good relations with the staff in the 3 years I have had my car, have always been very helpful and courteous until nowCar went in for a major service mid-September, came back with some minor issues that are easily solved, within a month my gearbox malfunction warning was coming on and the car wouldn’t change out of 3rd gear.have taken the car in to have a gearbox service to find out the gearbox is beyond repair. There was no build up, no previous issues with the gearbox at all and without warning the automatic gearbox has packed it inThere was no mention of even minor issues with the gearbox in any of the services my car has been in for and a gearbox service was never mentioned or suggested by staff and now I’m looking at a ridiculous figure to make my car driveable again!

I bought a car at the end of August. It developed faults soon afterwards. Tried to contact Audi Oxford by phone and email. All emails are blocked and bounce back. Left telephone messages but these were never acted on or calls returned. Ended up with the car breaking down completely and having to sort myself. Have continued to try to contact Audi but no-one is ever available and, despite promises, no-one ever calls back. Lots of promises when a sale is imminent but this all disappears once leaving the forecourt.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you are expecting good service, where you are well looked after and valued as a PAYING customer then do not visit Oxford Audi. Even after having made a complaint youd think the service would improve. Im surprised its even got 3.5 on here. If it was possible to do so I would leave a 0 star rating! Shame as the cars are good but youre better off going to a company that values their customers and gives them time- just about ripping people off here! I would also recommend the staff having some training on how to conduct themselves....youre a business after all!

Without any doubt, the worse service I have ever had the nightmare to deal with. I will never buy or service a car at Audi Oxford again. I personally know a number of friends that also took their business away from Audi Oxford. In fact I would drive the 30miles+ to take my car to another dealership to service. I found their staff to be dismissive and dishonest. They have no understanding or concept of customer first. Had them blatantly lying to me. Information about the car not forthcoming and if you have questions about the car their standard response is we dont know and will try and find out - and most of the time they dont follow up. Responses are slow and never ever proactive - you have to chase them for the honour of spending a lot of money with them. Massive delays in sorting issues, and blamed everything from BREXIT, Audi UK, Audi Germany, to COVID for the delays. IF you want stress, drama and a painful experience then buy or service your car here. Truly shocking and give the Audi brand a very bad name. So glad I never have to deal with them or even go there! Shame I cannot leave 0 stars.

My whole experience with Audi Oxford has been painful from start to finish.As it was impossible to book a service in the first place owing to the lack of availability on any Saturday and no courtesy cars available during the working week, I waited until my week of annual leave to take my car in for a service.When I arrived, I was told by the member of the Audi service team that as they suspected, my car did not in fact need a service, although no-one thought to tell me and despite the warning on my dash. As I was there, I was told they could do a complimentary “health check” so I went ahead with that.So when I arrived to pick up my car and was told that unfortunately they had made a mistake and a service HAD been due, you can imagine my annoyance.To compensate for getting it wrong, I was told they would come and pick up my car from work a few days later and drop it off the same day. As I could see the service team member I was dealing with had written my details down on a tiny post-it note, I asked for a confirmation of what we’d agreed. Entirely inevitably, no confirmation came and when I rang the following day to check, it was clear it had not been booked in.On the day of the pick up, I had still not heard anything by 11:30. When I called, I was told that they were running late as there was only one driver on. When the driver did eventually call to announce his arrival, it transpired that unbelievably he was stood outside my home address and not my work address as agreed! There was no longer enough time to pick up and drop off my car that day so it was rearranged once more.I did eventually get my car serviced but not before they’d tried to charge me for petrol costs on a courtesy car they gave me because they could not pick up and drop off my car in the same day.And as a final kick in the teeth, having been told at the health check that my brake discs were 85% worn, I booked my car in at a competent garage to do the work and asked them to order the parts. Following the service, it transpired that the brake discs were only 65% worn so that was £280 wasted.I actually received an Audi feedback form following my initial failed visit. I filled out the form but no-one bothered to get in touch.I’ve honestly never experienced such incompetence on such an ongoing basis. Had it not been for the fact that my service was free as part of the car purchase, I’d never have used Oxford Audi as this is not my first bad experience with them. It will certainly be the last.

How is it that the people who are smart enough spend a little extra money to get a better product are also some of the dumbest drivers on the road? I would go into more details,. I rang oxford Audi today for a minor part for a older but very nice car. The cost was probably about twenty pound. The car will not function without it so I’m stuck without it! I rang at 8:30am plenty of time to sort it out you would think but parts department where busy, they’ll ring you was said. 2 hours later I rang again there busy I’ll get them to call you, ok please do so,I need the car I told them! It’s now 1:30pm and nothing (a simple sorry no we haven’t got this part in stock we can order it )would do but left hanging is unacceptable from a company like this. I now have to take this afternoon off to go and source one from a scrap yard as it’s to late in the day to find one elsewhere. Not good!!!

Looks like another bad review for audi oxford... no wander they are losing business so fastCalled up for a quote to get an audi a1 door panel replaced and they quoted 2 hours labour.... £160+vatThere are tutorials online where they do it in under 5 minutes for a removal.. so either they have no idea what they are doing .. or they are ripping everyone offI cant imagine how many hours they would add on for something like a clutch or brake pads...100% avoid .. be better going to swindon Audi.. worth the 30 minute drive to not put your money in the pockets of theses scabs(Just looked at the other reviews and other people are complaining of them fabricating things to drain more money out of their loyal customers - proves that this isnt just a 1 off)

This time last year I decided to go to Audi oxford to buy a new car which was a complete nightmare, in a nutshell I wouldn’t see myself going to Audi oxford again so I decided on visiting Audi Tetbury which I could not recommend more! Within the day I was sold and in my new car. 2 weeks ago I decided I’d like an upgrade once more and somehow persuaded myself to enquire about an upgrade at oxfords Audi branch, yet again disgraceful service from staff that didn’t know anything about anything. My Audi A1 was booked into Oxford Audi yesterday for an MOT and service. I arranged for my car to be picked up from and delivered back to my work place by 5pm.I did not hear anything from Oxford Audi all day so decided to give them a call around 4.15pm. I tried two separate numbers several times each but no-one answered, it just kept ringing and ringing and I was starting to become extremely frustrated. Eventually someone picked up and she was very abrupt with no customer service manners at all. I was put through to someone in services who told me my car was still being worked on at 4.45pm, my car was eventually returned at 6.20pm, over an hour 20 later than I had requested.I have been a loyal customer to Oxford Audi for 7 years and up until Marshall Group took over I was extremely satisfied with the impeccable service I received. I had a very similar experience last time I had my car serviced and thought I would give Oxford Audi the benefit of the doubt and to use them again. But from now on I plan to take my car elsewhere and will discourage others from using Oxford Audi too, I believe they are giving Audi a very bad name.A few issues were highlighted in my service review, one of which was front windscreen wipers to be replaced, these were in fact brand new wiper blades, which makes me question the service quality also. In the past, I have received a very thorough email with a full report and video of my car being serviced...From reading other reviews on Oxford Audi I dont believe I am the first person to experience this terrible customer service, it seems to be a common thread.

I have found the service levels extremely disappointing, staff will tell you that they will call you back but dont. You have to chase and call back multiple times and when you finally get through you are left on hold for prolonged periods. I have been a loyal Audi driver for over 10 years but the service support over the last years (since dealing with Marshall Audi Oxfordshire) has led me to the decision I will no longer drive procure and Audi and will suggest so to my company.

My wife and I were visiting Oxford for a short stay on Tuesday the 28th.July 2020.. I was driving a new Audi A1 40TFSI which had only been driven in and around our home in South Cheshire. Refreshing approachYouve heard all the stories about car sales and lets face it most are not particularly positive but my experience of buying a car from Joe at Marshall Audi was fantastic. He spent time to understand what I wanted, explained the various options and made some sound recommendations. He was never pushy and always kept me updated responding to emails/calls promptly. Do not take your car to Oxford Audi! My car was booked in for a service, I had no communication all day to say whether it was ready to be picked up. I tried to call the dealership numerous times and they just dont answer! I went into the dealership at 6pm where I was told my car is ready but I then had to wait 40 minutes to get my keys!! When I eventually got in my car the service light was still on and I was told they had only carried out one service (they hadnt even flagged this to me). The guy told me they should have carried out the other services and that he would call me personally to get this booked in the next day, this never happened. Since then I have tried to get through numerous times, with multiple promises of being called back which dont happen. My car also had a recall on it which they are unable to tell me whether this has been done. Eventually after speaking to the Service Manager someone did call me to arrange for my car to be picked up and serviced. Today no one came when I got through to someone at reception I had been advised this hasnt been booked it. I have been trying to get through to the Service Manager all day and no one calls you back. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I do not know what it is about this dealership and their reviews. I have always received excellent service here, so much so that although I bought my car in Cheltenham I returned here for servicing. Most recently I had some warranty work done, without quibble and to the high standards you would expect of Audi. Special mention to Tom for his help and extra special mention to Jason for the loan of his S5. Faultless customer service! Thank you Oxford Audi.

I tried to ring Oxford Audi. The options included ‘parts’, so I selected that. A few minutes later someone answered and after asking what I wanted, told me I needed ‘parts’. So she put me through. No one answered in 10 minutes. I tried a couple of hours later. Same again even though I asked the lady to help me. So I tried the live chat. All I want is the price of a roofbox. 20 minutes of live chat and he couldn’t tell me. He wanted my number and email, registration number and car model. No one has contacted me. What has happened to customer service? I only live 15 minutes way from the garage. Why can’t I ring them and get someone to help? Why do I need to resort to talking to someone in India who has no clue and sends my details to the garage to be ignored.This is the second time this year I have been unable to use a phone to speak to someone at Oxford Audi. Do I really need to drive there to get my answer? I think so.Really poor from a prestige company. Love the car, hate the communication setup.And I’m sure they will ask me for my contact details after this, though nothing will change. They would be better reading and acting on it.

We bought an A1 from Oxford a few years ago and had no complaints - but after purchasing an A3 about a year ago, the customer service has been shocking.The car came with no parcel shelf and second key, we had to chase and chase for these and kept being promised call backs that never came. The same happened repeatedly for when it came to both MOT and the servicing of the car - we rang many many times to try and book the car in, were promised that someone would call back, but they never did.On finally getting the service, they said it would take an hour, it took more than three hours and there was little to no communication with us throughout. We had to keep checking with staff that they hadn’t forgotten about us, which they clearly had.The building itself is very nice but the service is completely lacking and they must just be chronically understaffed.

Dropped in for a quick while you wait appointment to change the batteries in both sets of keys for my A3. Excellent greeting from the first member of staff, another excellent greeting from the service team. Very polite and understanding. I had been advised the batteries would not be charged but this appeared to be a mistake, however the service dept. stood by the information and I did not have to pay. I will certainly use them again as my closest dealership!

I took my Audi in for a service with Oxford for the first time having previously used other dealers and Oxford now being my local dealership. I called up on the Wednesday, got booked in promptly on the same week on Saturday. I had a representative call me the day before to confirm and I asked if she could have the car ready for a particular time in which she told me that was no problem. On the day I was greeted by lovely members of the Oxford Audi team, and Clare Menhams my service adviser who promptly checked me in and assured me that my car would be ready at the time I requested. I got a Audi Cam from Robert Woolford who showed me my car and gave it the all clear. On collection Clare talked me through what was done on the vehicle, and very politely walked me to my clean car. Fantastic experience with Oxford Audi, definitely recommend, especially Clare who is a polite and professional individual who is an asset to the Audi brand. I will definitely use Oxford Audi in future for maintaining and buying another Audi.

Ok so I left a less than complimentary review of the service department, got a reply asking me to contact via an email link which I did, looks good, looks as if they care, has anyone else got a reply from them because I have not, really far from impressed. They say that the sales department sell the first car and after sales sells the second, I make no comment other than I no longer own an Audi.

Had tyres done today and a health check earlier in the week, the staff and management at Oxford Audi couldn’t have been more helpful. They are true professionals. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had a couple of minor issues but when raised they were at the top of their game, it was handled with no fuss at all. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant service by all.

If your not buying a car or booking one in don’t expect any form of customer service or even a call back, eventually get hold of a member of service for them to transfer me to there national customer booking in service after I had explained what I needed they clearly couldn’t be bothered & simply pasted me on to the wrong team for the 2nd time, I call back up to be told “sorry there all busy “ 👎👎 looks like there reviews speak for themselves.

If I could give Oxford Audi no stars at all that would be a step in the right direction. Do NOT buy a car from this garage! I have never had such atrocious customer service in my life. It has completely tainted the experience of buying a nice car. You would think that being a high end car brand they would be more customer orientated but that is not at all the case. No updates were given unless prompted. No one seemed to have any knowledge as to when the car would be delivered and when it was finally delivered it turned up four hours later than we had been told. I could not rate Oxford Audi any lower. Terrible.

Like the previous reviewer when my car was serviced recently the service report said that wipers needed replacing when in fact new ones had been fitted only three weeks ago. The excuse given was that the hot weather may have affected them! Such crass fault finding completely erodes trust. Also told first aid kit not present, not that I remember ever having one, and in any case not sure what that has to do with a routine service.Have to say that the staff are very pleasant and the car was ready on time. Collect and deliver service was not available in my time frame which was disappointing.
