Best car buying experience I’ve ever had . Ms.Lyn Smith has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a dealership . She worked hard to make sure the process was stress free and efficiently communicated with me through every step. The gentlemen in finance ( I believe his name is Mr. Nuet) was also incredible. He was super friendly and kept the process quick, while also making sure I understood all the paperwork . If you’re looking for great service, this is the place ! :)
Battery 14 volts on pickup, battery dead now. Guess I need a new battery now too. Always go to Carlock Jeep. You spend an hour on that drive to get it working within 15 minutes of arrival, excellent trade off when compared to the 5 minute drive and 3 week*** fix time at Allen Samuels. You take it to Allen Samuels, you’d better expect a misdiagnosis, replacement of multiple parts not the problem, bill for more labor than was done, and to get a rental car for the month, maybe a week for an oil change though.Had to update this post since it took them just shy of a month to fix a starter.

I was in and out for my oil change but the price was higher than my usual dealership by about $25 I normally pay around $35/$40 at my dealership with a special coupon

Took a jeep here that was still under warranty. The jeep had an obvious head gasket leak. They pressure tested it and said it passed that maybe the leak sealed its self. There was a very obvious leak. Took it to carlock in tupelo and they replaced the head gasket

I’ve bought two vehicles here. And I’ve had a vehicle repaired here after an accident. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both experiences were very easy and not as stressful as a typical car buying experience.
Rude service manager, promises that are never kept, very very $$$$, not upfront about anything. Simple oil leak cost me $1,600 after I was told it would be fixed under warranty. I had no choice but to go along with it because it is my work truck and they had it for 2 days already.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was so upset with the service here. I was scheduled to have my car serviced 2 weeks ago and my car has just been sitting there for 2 weeks and no one serviced it. I was only given guesses as to what the issue was with my vehicle and was told I had a motor issue which was the reason my car wouldnt crank. However no one did a diagnostics just a guess and my car continued to sit for 2 weeks and no one touched it. I called every 1-2 days for two weeks no one could give me updates just that it hasnt been serviced yet.After two weeks I have been running out of funds due to renting a vehicle which the money I spent on my rental could have went to what was needed for my car. So i decided to have my car towed from this dealership elsewhere.I had my vehicle serviced at another service center and the reason my car wouldnt crank was due to just replacing an old battery. I am appalled that they would even let me to think that the Issue was with my motor. I feel as though if I wouldnt have taken my vehicle elsewhere I would have been taken advantage of.I have previously used their service before months ago and left disappointed. I brought my car in initially to be serviced due to my car pulling to the left and was told something I literally didnt understand paying out 700.00 plus dollars. When going to pick up my car I asked if this would fixed the pulling issue and I was told possibly. I still used their service again trying to maintain a customer relationship hoping it would be better and trying to have my car service with the brand it is.DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEYthe customer service is horrible. no communication skills, and i question their integrity. I am still in shock thinking about what possibly could have happen and how much money I feel like they would have gotten me for. Please find another Service Center. I dont like to bash companies and it hurts to do this review however I am just so disappointed in the service I received here.
Great service. We were in from out of town and had a check engine light come on they had us in and out really quickly and did not charge the world.
Went to Allen Samuels twice and on both occasions had unsatisfactory service. Even though my car is under warranty, I’ll travel out of Oxford to get it serviced next time. Very poor service and management at Allen Samuels.Brought my car early in the morning to replace a battery and get a sensor repaired for my tire. Came back around 5PM to find out that they completely forgot about my car. They said and did nothing to express their sympathy. I took a day off of work and they completely wasted the day away slacking off. They never even apologized either. They just wanted me to know that it wasn’t their fault but never owned up did it. Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

Allen Samuels is pleasant to do business with, they are helpful to all customers. They have great deals on tires and oil changes. On a long drive from New Orleans to Chicago, a friends car had some muffler issues. Even though it was a make of car that the dealership does not typically work on, they fixed it up on a Saturday afternoon. It was only $50 too. It was a great experience.
This location has the best mechanic shop in town. Damon Ross has worked on my Ram truck a couple of times and I feel that he always has my best interest at heart. I trust this shop 100%!
I live and work in Memphis, Tenn. and spend weekends in Oxford. This is where I take my Jeep Patriot for basic maintenance work (e.g., oil changes, diagnostics) and recalls.The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and courteous. They provide me with accurate timeframes for when my car will be seen and repaired. They have been flexible on the rare occasion that I have had an inflexible schedule to accommodate.Their prices for basic work are fair, though I can’t speak to major repairs.The waiting room is well kept, well lit, clean, has vending machines, and free coffee. There is television. The chairs are comfortable - what more can you ask from a waiting room?I will return to Allen Samuels in the future, and I would recommend them to other Jeep owners in the MidSouth.

After haggling the price of my truck vs the car i was buying we came to a deal, i got an excellent price on the car i was buying and got an acceptable amount on my truck, the sales man Blake was excellent and the manager was excellent as well, they dont force you to buy anything but they make it pleasant enough where you want to buy from them, excellent experience. Only thing i would have liked is that they washed the new car a little better, but those are first world problems.

I had a minor collision and the body shop worked very quickly to get my car repaired and looking like a brand new car. Very pleased overall.
Not impressed yet, made an appointment a week and a half out, when I dropped off my truck the service writer said it would be 4 or 5 days before they could look at it. The service writer either couldnt or wouldnt even read the code to give me an idea what the problem is. Most of the auto parts store can read the code and give you some ideal of what the problem is. They wonder why stealerships cant survive, we will see what happens.

First and last visit!! Poor customer service, and its like they know that their customer service is poor but dont care!!!!!! Who have to walk around the building in the rain just to get their own car and when you TRY to ask for help people ACT like theyre that busy to even acknowledge you.... ugh never will I ever again!!

We went to look at a used truck. The trade in they offered was laughable. We bought a new truck in Memphis and were given 4500 more for our car. If youre interested in buying a vehicle, Memphis is where you need to shop.
Was not happy with the service at all. The guy at the parts center is rude and doesnt communicate worth a damn. This is the third time I have gone here for problems with my Chrysler and the third time I am unsatisfied. Rude service.

Watch this place. Wanted to replace/install all TPMS modules ($500) on the wheels because their computer told them they were either all broken or missing. Took the vehicle to another Dodge dealer and they reset the system at no charge. Very dishonest and an attitude.
Paid 615 dollars for the service shop to fix my car and it didnt fix a thing. they do not know what they are doing.
