I wanted to replace a rusted tailgate on a 21 year old truck. Stateline made several calls to locate this part. Communication from the front office was great--when the part came in, when the truck was ready etc. The new tailgate looks great and the color was matched perfectly to the rest of the truck. Very courteous people. I am very pleased with the work that was done and how I was treated as a customer.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Stateline Auto Body. They performed routine maintenance and replaced a timing belt and a few things for general maintenance based on the mileage of my car. I received a detailed estimate prior to committing to services, and the bill was exactly the same as quoted. They are conscientous and delivered my vehicle freshly washed and dried! The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Maggie is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming of all questions or concerns.

Stateline Auto Body did great work and made the entire process easy. They were realistic about the turnaround time to finish my truck because of part availability. I appreciated the upfront honesty. Ended up getting my truck back to me much quicker than I have experienced with other auto body shops in the past.

We took our Lexus for an estimate, felt that the estimate was very fair, and made the appointment to have Stateline fix the car. We received a call after 3 days that the car had been repaired. It looks great and we are very happy with the job that they did. The car was washed and looked great when we picked it up!

Kerry is awesome! I have used him before with my kids fender benders, but he saved the day when he helped me with my small bender and made my husband very happy. I have an old truck that looks great until the side was banged with a pole. I went and Kerry told me what he could and couldnt do for a nominal amount since the truck is 15 years old I did not want to spend a fortune to fix it. I just wanted make the damage less obvious since a total fix would have been very expensive due to where it was. When my husband and I went to pick it up he wasnt sure which side had been hit and had to double check! Was just what I needed couldnt be more pleased and was more than worth what I paid!

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Super friendly, professional staff at all levels. Maggie went above and beyond to smooth and accommodate the rental and insurance issues. There are not enough positive things I could say about the people. Besides the great atmosphere and people, the work on the rear end of my car was outstanding. Superb experience.

The experience of using Stateline Auto Body has been nothing but stellar from start to finish. I was able to receive an initial quote within a couple of hours of Kerry looking at my vehicle. I was scheduled for the work to be done a week and a half from the estimate being given and the parts were delivered on time and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Upon pick up, the entire team made sure all of my needs were met and my vehicle was in pristine shape to leave. This place is the best in Oxford! My door needed replaced and the back panel needed fixing. They were super friendly and I felt I was talking to family. They treated me and my friend with respect and told us everything they were going to do to the car, rather than other places just looking and giving an estimate. Their price was half of the others that we went to. They were so nice and kept me updated on the car. The car came out spotless, like brand new. I would highly recommend!

Not only did they do a perfect job, they are also good people. No overcharging and theyll make you feel at home. I picked up my car around 6pm and the owner and his wife waited an hour for me after closing!My car had a huge dent and the passenger side mirror broken off. They did a job so good Im honestly not sure where the dent was anymore. Also cleaned my car and touched up some scratches by the time I picked it up. 10/10 service. I highly recommend.

Best experience I have ever had with a car shop, they went above and beyond! I went to have my headlight replaced and my fender realigned and repainted, I ended up paying less than the estimate, and my car looks fantastic! Maggie and Kerry took time out of their night on another occasion to jump my car battery when I didnt know who to call. I will be coming back for all future car troubles while Im in Oxford :)

The store did a swift and nice job on fixing my car’s left side fender and liner. We talked about how to purchase the parts, and he made good recommendations for purchasing parts and saved cost for me. When the parts arrived, it took only a day for it to be fixed. The boss was very nice and considerate. I would definitely recommended this store!

Service wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. I fealt a little pressured to have them do the repairs.UpdateI originally gave 3 starsI had what I thought was a small issue with the work and returned. After they looked at it they more or less told my girlfriend it wasn’t anything they did? My headlight was replaced and now isn’t working??I went to another shop who has never done work for me and they fixed it at no charge. I know where I’ll go if I ever have a need again.

This place is so awesome ! They are very professional & got the job done faster than we ever expected !! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their job. They even took care of getting the tow truck out to get my car!! Way above and beyond what I ever expected!!! They even called and dealt with insurance company! !!!

I have not left many reviews on google however I did not feel I was treated very professional. After getting a estimate they were very pushy about getting me to do the work. I did end up taking my car back a couple days later to have it done and it only took 3 days. However when I went to pick it up I was not happy.

I went to request an estimate. The attention was great, he explained what and why they have to fix the different sections in the car.
