In the past I have had an excellent experience but this time was absolutely horrible. Glass left in the gussets to where I hear it everytime I open the hatch on my Prius Prime as well as glass pieces stuck on the outside. They also scratched my car in various places.

10⭐ at least. This was the easiest thing you could imagine, from the online scheduling to the installation. I walked in and gave the nice lady my key and in no time the technician handed me the key back and said your ready to go. Insurance covered so $0.

I wish i could give them more then 5stars, I had no issue with them when I booked my appointment it said a hr and half to two hours for job but they had my window replaced in a hour and i was ready to go.My Technician was Jonathan and i want to say thank you... He did a really good job!!

I had a great experience with the technical Cody, he was awesome took 30 minutes or less to replace my front windshield. He answered all the questions my husband and I asked with no problem. With a life time warranty. I highly recommend safelite. Got a new windshield for under $300 and they came out to us.

Excellent customer service. I was told it would take about two hours to replace my windshield due to the number of vehicles that were there. However, it only took an hour. The technicians were very courteous and explained everything. 👍🏿👍🏿

I took my car in on 3/12 to have the windshield repaired because it had a chip in it that I received a few days prior to my appointment. The repair area looked worse than before it was repair but that was fine as long as the chip wouldnt crack and spread. The next day I go to my garage and once a crack about 8 inches long so I call Safelite to let them on 3/13/2021 so we set up an appointment for them to come out to replace the windshield. I pull the car out of the garage and the crack spread another 5 inches so I park it back in the garage because I dont want anything to happen while I am driving. I call back and make my appointment for Wednesday 3/17 but I had to reschedule due to inclement weather....no big deal. So today 3/20 I have an appointment for between 12-5 the technician calls at 1 and says it will be 5 before he can get there so thats fine. Well 4:12 rolls around and he calls back and says that he cant make it out today because his supervisor told him that they are trying to cut down on hours to come back to the office. Now the next available appoint in 4/2. I can not go another 2 weeks without a car. I have tried calling, texting, emailing corporate and cant get an answer from anyone.

Sucks. Rip off. Broke my windshield in a different spot than the chip was, then the crack spread rapidly until it was unsafe to drive. Had to pay for a new windshield and the customer service was atrocious. Would not recommend.

Set up an appointment, they didnt get my car in until an hour later. They quoted me a 90 minute- 2 hour wait time, they took 3.5 hours. Why set up an appointment and why quote a time that they cant honor? They are unprofessional, and talk bad about their customers after they walk away, I would know because I had to sit around for 3.5 hours about what customers told them, save that for each other when there are no customers around, and stop wasting my time please.

Amazing how dull my windshield was with 200,000 miles, had a wondering crack, went all over and side to side. After they installed a new one, it is almost too clear. Really a big difference. Nice waiting room, free drinks, free wifi. Very professional top to bottom, not just the guys in office.

Very, very bad experience. I’ve waited all day given an appointment from 12pm-5pm. Called at 8am saying it would be between 430-500, which I didn’t like, I missed word just to wait then around 330 the tech called and ask could I drive my car to the shop in Pell City which was miles away from me. I could not drive my car because the entire driver side windshield was damaged. He said he would call me back, I only heard from him when I called my insurance company to inquire they put me on hold and he called said the person he was waiting on finally arrived at the shop so that pushed me further back, then it start raining so now he can’t fix it. Then schedule an appointment for the next day at the same time 12-5, so now I have to miss another day of work because of the techs laziness and I professionalism. I’m my opinion Safelite does not live up to their name. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN and will tell my friends and family not to use them. This is wrong in many areas.

I was amazed at how fast Cody and his assistant replaced my windshield. They were here and gone in half an hour. I thought the replacement would cost double what it did. Outstanding job. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a small place on front windshield with a star pattern. Meghan, the technician came to my work location & was there about 10 minutes. She couldnt pull up pics on her phone to show me the completed job. Maybe because the job wasnt completed. I am aware that the process doesnt completely fix the damage. My windshield looks exactly like it did the day that the rock hit it. Today, I went by the store located in Oxford. Michael, the manager admitted that it was a poor job. However, there is resin in the windshield which means that they cant redo it. His recommendation...since Progressive pays them $60 for the repair, he would credit me $60 toward a new windshield. Sounds like a money maker. Thanks Meghan, now I need a new windshield at the cost of $300 minimum.

Did a good job of replacing my back windshield. I am praying this will last. Crazy thing it blow out and blow while driving true the car wash. It costed me 311.00 boy that hurts. The next day the review mirror fell down. Lord have mercy.

Very friendly staff. Made appt to get truck back window fixed first visit they noticed they ordered the wrong window. Mine has the defrost on it. I was asked if I could come back the next day while they get the correct window and was given a discount. Went back next day and was ready with in the hour.

I had a windshield replaced in my car and the technician accidentally cut the wire going to the mirror connected to the glass. He tried to repair it but it resulting my steering wheel and seat and done lights and sunroof not working plus other things. The manager failed to call me with a solution I had to go to the office to see what they was going to do. The absolutely worst service ever in my life with them trying to get this resolved. Refuses to get me a rental car even though my car is not drivewble. I will post the outcome when it happens. Trying to make me take my car to a shop instead of them taking care what they messed up.

We had a broken rear window a couple weeks ago. Then the hailstorm came through last week and I had a cracked windshield. We used them both times. Good repair service and the technicians are ALWAYS polite and courteous! However I didnt give 5 stars because the receipts always say they vacuumed out the car and cleaned all windows on the outside and neither has been done the last 3 times we used them. I know it is a minor thing overall, but I have had technicians do that before and it showed pride in doing their job thoughly. I know Safelite teaches them to do even the little things and that is something that I hate seeing these younger guys ignoring.
