The entire staff at the Belk Ford Service Department was very easy to work with and schedule my routine oil change and tire rotation. They also have an overnight key drop-off service that was extremely helpful. I plan to continue using the Belk Ford Service Department to keep my F-150 running smoothly and dependably.
Quality of work was excellent. Talked with the mechanic who told me what all was done to my truck. Cost of repair was well below of estimated cost by an independent mechanic. Would have given 5 stars but repair took longer in my opinion that it should.

If I could I would give them zero. Darker people beware. I was about to buy a car I like off this lot but after investigating this company I found a YouTube video and reviews on the Harrasment a couple darker skinned women experienced. As well as I work with a woman who specifically named this location for running her credit numerous times because she didnt like the racial treatment that was given to her by a sales rep. They had my dream car but I have to pass. How do you run a womans credit numerous times over months just because she would not buy a car off your lot. All trying to diminish her credit and make her not be able to shop anywhere else. I hope she was able to get justice and yall karma will come.
Worst service experience ever, and I will never use this dealership. They kept my car for 4 days and seem to use my car for a personal use (140 miles odometer increase). To make things worse, my car was hit by another car (Although they say it happened in their parking lot, it might happen during their personal use). To make things even worse, they were not able to fix any of three problems. Even worse, car leather seat and arm wrest were dirty with grease (I dont understand why they didnt use paper protections like other dealers). What a terrible and unprofessional service! I will never use this dealership again. They did not even say a word of sorry for the car accident they made!
Jay is a great car salesman. When I had issues out of my 2020 Ford Explorer Steve Wiggle and Cameron went way out of their way to help me resolve my issues with another vehicle. I can not complement these guys enough. They went above and beyond.
I drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I saw listed on Autotrader. When I arrived home, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that they charged me $1,000.00 more than the advertised price on Autotrader. When I called them about it the following day, they told me that must have been an error or a typo, there was nothing they could do....they also sold me an extended warranty for the truck that I’m pretty sure is not applicable, because the truck I purchased has had the emissions deleted by the previous owner. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this shady dealership.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Service department is a complete joke. They kept my 2020 explorer 2 weeks for several issues. They don’t have any loaner vehicles so they expect you to come out of pocket to get a rental. I picked it up and the paperwork indicated that they could not find any issues. The vehicle had not been driven. I had proof that the mileage was the exact same from drop off to pick up. The same day I picked up my vehicle the back up camera was still malfunctioning. I had damage to my vehicle. The flooring had no paper put down so it was very dirty from the workers. I was told I need to make another appointment to bring it back in but it would be weeks until they had one available because they are so backed up. They need to hire more people. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, I will not bring my vehicle back to Belk Ford in Oxford

****TREMENDOUSLY POOR customer service. Service Manager is extremely rude and highly disrespectful to a customer and would NOT be someone I recommend to ANY business in dealing with the public. His language is offensive and he is confrontational; his view toward dealing with a customer needs some remedial training, and immediate attention. The Service Advisor also did not look to communicate nor contact a customer in a timely fashion for diagnosis or repair; 9am appointment and no word until we had to place a call in very late afternoon. Regarding the GENERAL MANAGER to whom I attempted to discuss the poor experience with, he also lacks the understanding of Customer Service and a rational discussion, but certainly believes in the extreme distortion of fact which essentially yielded to a waste of my time. Just a very bad experience.*****Took my vehicle immediately to another local business in Oxford, and was treated with courtesy and professionalism; issue was diagnosed within 15min and part ordered.

They took advantage of my elderly parents. They traded in a 2010 escape with 95000 miles on it and absolutely nothing wrong with it. They gave them $1000 for it. Trade in value was between $2500 and $4000 according to multiple on line sources. Then they turned around and put it on their lot for $8000. If I had known before hand I would have stopped them from trading it in. Belk Ford definitely took advantage of my parents. Luckily for them I live out of state or I would be there having a long talk with the sales manager.

Most would have to ask someone else. He even answered a question I had about a different vehicle. He had experienced the issue before and knew what it would take to fix it and how much it would cost. Had an appointment for fixing the manufacture recall. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. 4 hours later, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. The tech was at lunch break. It was another 2 hours later, I finally got the car. Then the person at the desk made the comment that I didnt have an appointment, they walked me in. In another words, they did me a favor. After I pointed out my appointment written on their scheduling board, he said okay we did take you in. I was not very happy with his attitude. Obviously, they need better management and better communication with each other and with customers.And I had to replace a tire that day as well. I was told it will cost about $250, I prepaid. On the day I had it replaced, I was given a bill again, but it was almost $100 cheaper. Well, since I paid already, I didnt argue. But why the price for a tire differs about $100 within a week?I have been having good experience with the place since I started having service done with my new Toyota. I dont know if I want to go back there anymore.
The people that took care of us were very thorough and courteous. We only had one question and that is why our windshield was reported as fine when there is a crack in it (from a rock). We are about to have that repaired by Reliable Glass of Oxford. We just wondered why the Belk people reported a cracked windshield as in good condition.
The service department at Belk Ford is friendly. George is wonderful. They always do a good job and keep in contact. I do trust them as far as repairs and have had all positive experiences.My only complaint is that they do not have enough service space and also service Toyota out of the same shop. This delays things greatly. I have never had my car or truck there less than three days before they could get to it, sometimes longer. That is a long time to be without a car and they dont have loaners.Supposedly the Toyota service is moving next door. This should help. Unfortunately they still only have one diesel mechanic so if you have an F250, F350 you are stuck.Five stars for service. Three stars for the wait and delay. Average to 4 Stars.

Pam was great to work with in service. She worked with me to lower the cost of repairs to a more manageable level and she was patient in rescheduling the repair appointments when the parts that I ordered arrived late. The mechanics got the job done quickly. Pam then connected me with Enterprise to help arrange a rental car since my car is under an airbag recall. And Kevin, who picked me up from work to take me to the dealership while my car was being worked on, was also kind and friendly. Would gladly work with this dealership and service team again!

I went in for a full oil change and tune up. Afterwards, looking at my form it said the tires were not rotated after I was asked that morning if I wanted them done. I had said yes. So the service lady, on the phone trying to talk to me, is trying to tell me that they did rotate but didnt charge for it. All while on the phone and speaking quickly to get me out. I couldnt get a word in to ask any questions. I then reviewed my documents again and in three locations it says that tires were not rotated. Love this place as its the only place I get work done on my car but it felt extremely sneaky to try to tell me what was done when it clearly states multiple times it wasnt. If she wasnt in such a huge rush to get me to leave then she wouldve understood my question.

My car finally gave out and I went to look at belk Ford in Oxford. I wasnt looking to buy that day but I found an amazing deal on a Honda Accord used and I could NOT pass it up! My representative was Billings and he did a fabulous job at getting a list of cars in my price range and everything. I would recommend looking for your next vehicle there!

Had a wonderful buying experience!!! Steven Wigley and crew made our buying experience easy with no hassle. Steven got our payments exactly where we wanted them to be. We didn’t have to move to office to office and no waiting on folks! We were priority #1 and that’s how it should be. Tim in financing made the paper work easy to understand with nothing hidden. Everything was handled with great touch when it came to washing and cleaning an adding tint and a bed liner to my F150 all on the same day it was not a problem for them.

On September 4th I purchased a Certified Preowned Ford, beautiful vehicle, low mileage, and after driving the vehicle normally for 3 days it needed maintenance. Its been over two weeks and I still have not gotten the vehicle back from the Ford Dealer. Not a great buying experience.

Taylor was our salesman. He found exactly what I was looking for (used Toyota truck, crew cab, 4wd, less than 150kmiles). What I got was a 2007 Tundra, crew cab, 4wd, 92k miles for $2k under what I was prepared to pay for it! Cant tell you how happy I was to find a truck even better than expected AND I didnt have to go to Memphis to get it. Not going to Memphis may have been the best part....
Ive had nothing but bad experiences from this dealership while owning a Ford and Toyota. With the Toyota, they ordered the wrong part for it and claimed they couldnt return it, so I had to pay full price for a part I didnt need and had to try to sell it on Ebay to get my money back. On the Ford, there was a problem with the air conditioning that Carvana offered to pay the dealership to fix for me. I went back and forth with Belk Ford on the phone for weeks, and went up to the dealership in person twice and they kept promising they they would order the parts and call me when they came in. They kept giving me the run-around until the limited Carvana warranty ran out and now Im stuck with an $1,000 repair bill if I want my air conditioner to work right. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Belk Ford or take a car there to get repaired again. Ill drive an hour out of my way just to avoid giving them business.

This was my second time coming here for service and I am satisfied. The reason I gave a 4 was because of the lack of convenience. I had a recall on my 2016 Camry dealing with the OCR software and I could not get it done while my oil was being changed, so I have to bring it back over. Time consuming.

I went to Belk Ford after a call from Nolan not intending to buy the Tacoma I had been eyeing for a few weeks. I met TJ because Nolan was not there at the time. TJ answered all my questions. He was sweet and easy to talk to. He worked very hard to get me in the Tacoma. Nolan came in later with the same great and sweet attitude. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Jason helped me with financing my truck he was just as great as the others.I walked out that day driving a 2017 fully loaded Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I love this truck. It has amazing features. Gas milage is real good and I feel it is the right truck for me.Next time I need another vehicle the first place I am going will be Belk Ford!!
