Had radio installed. Radio quit working 3 days later. Part needed. Was told 2 days. Well 2 weeks later no part and no call. Had another shop fix it with no problem. Sorry but wont use unlimited Audio again

The customer service isnt the best, but they do have good prices in tinting windows. My husband was so excited to have his mustang re-tinted. Unfortunately, it was more of an inconvenient pain than anything. We were told his car would be ready at 4 PM, but we had to sit there until 6 PM just to be told that they forgot to tint the front windshield. We were told we could bring it back the next day, but they were out of tint the next day and the day after. 3 days later we got the front windshield done.

Had my windows tinted. Pleased with the work done and it was done in a timely manner. Got one complaint though..The waiting room was just as cold as it was outside. No heat at all!

Damaged a trim piece on passenger side, and the component speakers are going in and out on the driver side after only 3-4 months. After checking the driver side I found the component “box” was popped open and probably needs replacing. They also seemed ridiculously disorganized and overbooked for work. Not sure how...

Just called and the gentleman that answered th me phone was rude and basically told me to go elsewhere when I asked for a price very un professional

Used to live in the house next to this place. From what Ive heard from 6am-6pm they do some good work. Dont recommend the house though because the place is so loud.

Waited thirty minutes and none even came to wait on me. And I had an appointment. I left ant went to Hutch Touch II, was waited on immediately.

These people really know what their doing with audio problems and security alarms and loads more. And good on prices as well

I went to get a simple fuse, was given the wrong size which immediately burned into, decided to look elsewhere. When I did found out I paid twice the price of anywhere else.

This guy is a joke. I made a appointment on a Friday for 9:00 a.m. on the following Monday. I showed up early and found I was double booked with another customer. I was told the tint guy didnt show up. I was told on Friday it would be about three hours to have two vehicles tinted. Four hours later I was told he couldnt get the rear window right. It was bubbled up and needed vinyl at the top of the rear window as every honda needs. I was given the run around enough, so I then had to bring the second car to another window tinter and the first one to be fixed. It was an all day affair to do something I was told would take three hours.

Worst service. charged more than quoted price. workers are rude and nasty. broke my sons car seat and refused to reimburse or repair. damaged window seal and refused to repair. promises lifetime warranty but doesnt provide paperwork or honor. later found out that they installed illegal window tint and refused to repair / replace. owners are rude and will not work with the customer to make it right.

Ive seen numerous cars tinted by them and they arent good, he slanders other businesses and just overall is completely unprofessional, and the guy tinting for him is worse.

Not a lot of product to look at or choose from.
