I went in for the first time on a Monday afternoon. I found the Boutique on line. When I went in I explained to the lady. I had waited to the last minute thinking the Made of honor address I had was gonna fit. But it was about an inch to small. With only 6 day’s till the wedding. I had to find a dress that was a Terra-cotta color. I had been everywhere from Pell City, Talladaga, Jacksonville, Anniston and she was the last stop in Oxford. Every Drycleaner,Boutique you name it. I stoped at. Even hoping to find some to Alter it. Or find something else that would Match the color. But nothing close to that color and everyone told me no way they could alter it. She asked where the dress was. I got it out of the car, she said YES I can get it altered for you. Now remember I had to have it by Saturday. Had my Doubts. But she did it, She come thru for me!!! So Addones was on and on time for me!! Thank you Miss. Lady!

My husband had a suit altered there. The lady explained she was taking the waist band off the slacks and putting darts in to take them up. Ridiculously horrible job. Nearly ruined the entire suit.

Absolutely horrible service and money hungry owner

She’s amazing! The owner took talk to me about what I wanted in my prom dress and she picked one dress and it was the prom dress I had been searching for. Everyone should go to this boutique! You won’t be sorry!!

I worked here for almost 3 months. Has nice clothes, but they are overpriced. She treats people according to how she feels.I stopped working here because she is sneaky, a liar, and takes advantage of people. I took pictures in her clothing to help promote, I gave ideas, and I helped out as much as I could. In return, she played with my money. I did makeup at her boutique once and she set my price for me, which was not okay ($15) per face. I did 5 faces that day. I did not have foundation to match every skin tone, and she was aware of that weeks before I did the makeup and she said she would take care of it. By her taking care of it she told me to use the Mary Kay makeup that she had on her makeup stand, but did not mention I would have to pay out of my own pocket for that makeup for those people. When I finished, I was expecting $75, she only gave me $25. She deducted money for those foundations that I used, which Im not responsible to pay for. I could have bought my own foundation before hand if I would have known I had to use my money for Mary Kay. I had important things to pay for, and she did not directly say youll have to pay for what you use, not even once. I dont wear Mary Kay, I dont use Mary Kay, and Ive never bought Mary Kay until then. After taking money away for the foundation, she deducted $10 more for a ticket from a fashion show that I was in. I asked the person over the show if I had to pay for a ticket and he said no. It made no sense for me to pay for something that I was in. I wouldnt refer anyone to shop here, work here, or promote this business.. So unfair and money hungry.
