We contacted Fredrick back in August 2021 to replace our thermostat and fix the bracket for the furnace filter. After the initial visit they were supposed to call us back and set up another appointment to do the work after they got the material needed. That call didn’t come. I called off and on for over a month, talking with the owner, leaving several messages with the answering service and never getting a response. If the job was something the company didn’t want to take time to do, they could have just said so,and we would and have found some one else. This company came recommended to us, and we tried to stay local. Can’t really review the work, when it was never done.

Great service, great employees, affordable. Always takes the worries out of problems. So far has put in a water softener, new water heater, fixed outside faucets, put in two new toilets, put in heating vents in the basement, and is now getting ready to put in a new furnace and air conditioner with zoning. Moved to Oxford this past summer (2014). In past two months Fred has done two jobs for us - installing awesome new TRANE HVAC system (home still had original, inefficient system from late 70s), and extending our gas line to the kitchen so we could have a gas range. In all interactions he is very professional, efficient, does great work, and DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL DO - a huge plus in this day in age. Business has integrity and has earned my trust. On top of all this - very reasonable, competitive prices. Ill be calling Fred for future home improvement needs that are beyond my scope.

Would not help out if he could not supply his overpriced product. Even though the product I already had was purchased at a plumbing supply distributor and was still new in the package.
