Our entire family loves going to Family Vision Care. The staff a friendly and always helpful - especially when we need our glasses adjusted. Dr Collins is thorough and kind and up to date on the latest tests and advances in eye care.

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, they perform unnecessary tests uncovered by insurance, (the tests are listed on financial statement you sign at the start, so make sure you read what you sign). Young people and children do not need blanket cataract testing and retina scans if all they want is a new pair of glasses! There goes $40 because I did not read the fine print. Some staff wear their masks under their nose, including when working with patients in tiny unventilated examination rooms. Minimal covid precautions that I could see. They do disinfect any frames you touch. Some disinfecting on some machines, not sure about others. Lots of patients inside and waiting inside. The glasses and lenses are very good quality, though and the turnaround time was quick.
