I have been at Schnider Elec. For 6yrs. The pay is good the hrs. Are great but the way we as pepole get treated horrible the management dont want long term employment with the hourly employees i wouldnt suggest my family to seek employment with this copany the management team find someone and Harass them until the person gets tired of fighting for there jobs then quit or they fabricate aligations and fire them.

Training there is terrible. The work is mostly easy and pay is decent but it is hard to learn anything because they rush you through training, and sometimes your trainer is not trained well either. Also a lot of favoritism.

Got assigned here through Patrick Staffing, was super excited to start as I have a baby on the way and was relocating to Oxford. Everything went accordingly until I showed up for my first day and was made to feel unwelcomed by an older full time employee who was hired on through the company because I clocked in a minute early from lunch break. I wont mention any specific names but I talked to my upper supervisor and told him about how the older lady made me feel because she was rude and pointing at me and gossiping throughout the entire plant. So much that it got back to my boyfriends supervisor all the way across the plant. He said he would handle it. Little did I realize what that meant. Got a call later that day to find out he fabricated a story via email to my staffing company saying I threatened someone and I got terminated. If you like cliques and standing for 10 hours in one place, this place is ideal for you. When asked who I threatened or for specific details in regards to the story that he fabricated, no one from the staffing company or Schneider could provide any specific details, and lied and got me terminated from a job I truly needed. Shame on this company for hiring such unethical employees. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone who has been bullied in the past because if you have any issues with anyone theyll just fire you for telling your leaders and make you feel unwelcomed entirely by gossiping and acting like high schoolers. Youre better off working at Wal-Mart across the street for a dollar less.
