Bought a $650.00 heat exchanger here and 2 1/2 year later its leaking from the heat coils into the pool water...no warranty on poor quality exchanger

They sell you a cheap rope that does not fit a heat master stove like they advertise!! Door sealed worse with new rope than the old. Save yourself money and buy rope from your stove manufacture. Factory heat master rope is 10x better quality compared to this rope. Oh and dont bother calling them for help, they could care less to help you figure out the problem, or offer to return it. They will just try to sell you a new thicker rope!! DONT ADVERTISE A ROPE FOR A BRAND OF STOVE IF IT DOES NOT FIT THAT BRAND!!!!

Don’t count on them to help you. Called with a list of questions and capability issues and was talked to like I was an idiot. I spent almost $2k with them and now have multiple fittings that will not work with my installation. Had he spent 10 minutes and answered my questions I could have the correct fittings for my weekend installation. Now I’ll have to spend my Friday looking for what I need locally. We will see how the other products hold up. Shop somewhere else!

I purchased a unit heater from them. It was a Dragon Breath unit heater. I needed to heat my garage / workshop and it works like a charm.

Ordered product over a month ago and never received shipping info or the product. It is a scam!
