I worked for Oxford Maintenance Supply from June 2020 - September 2020 thru Express professionals as a accounts receivable clerk. Express Professionals in Oxford, NC is great! When I was working with the owner at Oxford Maintenance Supply, she is very stubborn & misleading. She is not a good trainer & doesnt remember on teaching you what she tried to teach you. She will advised you one way on doing something & then deny ever telling you to do it. During my employment there, I was advised that 3 women had left within weeks of working with the owner b/c of the way she handles things & also b/c the way she talks to her employees. I knew that I wasnt going to be there long but I completed my job as she advised on how it needed to be completed. The owners errands was completed by me, I cleaned the office & handle her clients with respect & professionalism. I learned her system fast & showed her a few things on how to handle certain office work. I was never written up, suspended & if there was an issue I made sure that me & the owner had an conversation. I helped the owner by referring customers to her during & after my position with Oxford Maintenance Supply. After I put in my notice with the owner & Express professionals, I though I left Oxford Maintenance Supply on good terms. Soon after I started my new job, I was advised that the owner advised my current job that I wasnt an good candidate for this position & that I was not eligible for rehire. According to Express professionals I was an excellent employee & that I did everything as I was suppose to do as an employee. You would think that as an elderly business owner that she would have more respect & self discipline towards the younger generation. If this information can be input on indeed.com I would have entered on this site. I guess some people are just stuck in their old ways of life.
