I stopped by to have a look see at some bikes. The place is very nice and stocked with plenty of new and used bikes. They were very helpful in explaining to me the various models and what type of engine and accessories accompanied the bike. Stop in and take a look at their inventory. They will have you riding in no time.

Service dept did great work on my bike. Entire staff was friendly and not pushy. Very family oriented atmosphere. Thank you to the service crew for getting me on 2 wheels again.

What a fantastic experience with this team, especially Don, the Service Manager. On a trip to The Tail of the Dragon from San Diego, had somewhat of semi bad mishap in a road construction zone. Rode approximately 50 miles to this dealership. Don stepped up to the plate a near closing time, made the necessary repairs and got us back on the road. Outstanding Service Don!!! If youre looking for a harley might I suggest a trip to Hooligans in Oxford, Al. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable an very friendly. I had a phone conversation with Ms. Dani before our trip bout a 2018 Tri Glide with only 174 org. miles. She assured me that was a go an she met us on her day off. Sold me the bike, got a member from every dept to talk to us. Dani mustve walked/ran round that shop 5 miles taking care of us. Wonderful experience, oh we drove 90+ miles for this dream of a 7 yr. old boy to come true, thanks to Ms. Dani and the crew at Hooligans. Give em 8 out of 5 stars.

Bad experience drove almost 2 hrs to look at a 09 soft tail bike they had online was told didn’t have it was trying to push me in to a 2017 that wasn’t a soft tail I didn’t won’t after I said I got an email from Dylan saying the bike was in the back waiting to be serviced first was told no one named Dylan worked there Dani showed me a 2009 that was in the back but it wasn’t the one I wanted ( saw ) on there website but I was interested in it she never would tell me a price but then tried pushing an 2003 soft tail on me which was a little older than I wanted she wasn’t really interested in listening to what I wanted or helping me find something similar I won’t be back and as you can see in the email below that was sent by Dylan. but Dylan don’t work there HMMM something ain’t right

Jason & the service department took care of the problems we were having with our bike faster than we could have ever imagined. We were on our way to the dealership since we were passing thru town and wanted to pick up a poker chip & other locally branded attire. After stopping at a gas station, we were unable to get the bike started again. Lucky for us Jason was on break and picking up a cold drink from the same location. He sent over a trailer to help us get to the shop and had us in and out of service within an hour. Problem solved and we were able to continue on our trip with no delay or fears of the problem reoccurring. If you need service and want reassurance that the job will be handled quickly and correctly, these are the people to trust your ride with. Thank you to the guys at Hooligans. I cant say enough about the great job and care you provided for us.

Not customer friendly. I went in for about 5 minutes and looked at the bikes. A nice young lady walked up and talked to me about 2 to 3 minutes then walked off and started talking to someone else. I guess I should have worn my colors so I would have looked important.

Cool place. When we travel the HD dealers shirts is where we spend our money. We like the cool graphics and this particular dealership simply has their name printed on the back and limited supply of dealers shirts. Little disappointed.

I took an Motorcycle Safety Foundation Beginners Rider Course, and my experience here was incredible. I learned a TON, got to ride on a Harley, and the facilities and coaches were absolutely outstanding!! I recommend this location and this course STRONGLY to anyone interested in riding motorcycles.

Folks were very knowledgeable and friendly.

They stuck it to me on a front tire on my 15 ultra limited low. 126.00 labor and 25.00 for shop supplies.

They are great and have helped me with all my bikes and my bike that was totalled. Very polite and courteous. Dont push you like a regular car salesman would.

They have a large selection of used bikes in back, but the new bike selection is worth the drive if you are looking for a Harley. Check them out, they are easy to locate.

Have another dealership much closer but prefer coming to Mt Cheaha. Not only are their prices better but the service team has always treated me as a valued customer. Service manager Danny was great to work with. Make the trek to Oxford, you wont be disappointed.

Needed rear brakes and probably a rotor. Went in last week, told no rotors, take two weeks. I ordered rotor from J&P. Went in this week, was told no brake pads. What’s the point, may as well order parts and do the work myself.

The showroom is amazing here and the staff is just as amazing!

Never have I been to a Harley store. I went in to kill some time until our pizza place was open & the salesmen there were so nice. The restrooms had all the things women would need being on the road. Im a truck driver & I thought it was pleasant seeing how they care enough to do simple things such as that. I am certainly looking into buying a Harley now in the future. Visited this location yesterday for the first time. From the time I walked through the door, the entire customer experience was the best I have even had at an HD Dealership. All areas from parts, motorclothes, and service department 5 star experience!! You earned another customer yesterday!

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. We needed a new battery for our fob and the sweet sales associate changed it out for us without even asking her to do so. We only went for a new battery but she went above and beyond to change it for us..we bought 2 new helmets also and the sale associate was very helpful in showing me how to fasten it properly. Very nice friendly staff

Stopped by to look at the new models last week. I was riding my Triumph that day, you would think I had leporsy, just for the record I have 4 bikes, an 02 Electra glide I bought new is one of them. The Harley only parking surrounded the entire store front, not wanting to violate this sacred area I parked away from the building and entered, not one time did anyone say hello, can I help you with anything, nothing, guess I dont look the part without a dew rag and goofy looking vest. Not everyone owns just one bike!!! You lost a potential customer, but business must be so good you dont need any new ones.
