My exhust snapped at the muffler going over a bump. Took my car to oxford muffler and had them do a muffler delete. This was done very quickly and for a great price. When I got home, I notice they didnt reinstall my original exhaust tip so I call them up explained what I wanted and they fixed it free of charge in a matter of minutes. One of the only car related shops in oxford that hasnt screwed me yet. Thank You Oxford Muffler!

I have been here twice and both times have been wonderful. The first time we went to get our exhaust fixed and they had it fixed the sane day and was open with prices on different ways to fix it. The second time was to get our manifold checked and they was quick and friendly.

2 stars based on that they looked at what I needed done. However I recommend Lackeys Muffler in Pell City. For what oxford muffler refused to do Mr. Lackey had it done in about an hour. For half the price to boot. Best of luck!

Took my 2017 civic si to do a muffler delete. In no time Robert had it up on the hoist and working on it. I am very pleased with the finish product. The price was very reasonable.

Went to this exhaust shop for a H-Pipe install and resonator delete. Came out with an X-Pipe installed instead and horrible off centered tips that caused lots of vibrations and noise in the car for awhile. Never noticed the H-Pipe wasnt installed because I can not see below my car and they never mentioned they installed the wrong part; probably because they are more focused on the cigar they are currently smoking than the customer. Overall, very expensive for a very poor welding and exhaust job. Please stay away from this place and find another muffler shop, even if it means having to drive a little bit further to do so.

Only been under the phone with these people they were kind and very helpful I will need some welding done and I intend to go there and have it done

When driving cross-country, I had a break-down. I limped my car to the first car repair place that I found. Fortunately it was Oxford muffler and automotive. Robert diagnosed the problem immediately then Gary localized and repaired it. I was gratefully back on the road within an hour.

Chris chapel had my car for a month and told me that I needed to buy a new one, because it had jumped time. had my car towed to Benton Nissan and they had it running the same day. nissans are not known for jumping time. I had to pay $200.00 to oxford muffler and still had to tow my car away from there. I should have expected this when I first went in and he was playing solitaire on the computer with a garage full of cars.
