Well if you want to have your time wasted this is the place for you. After reading several other reviews, it looks like this is a common theme with this place. Made a couple of different appointments only to have them cancel at the last minute. The person answering the phone, Sylvia, clearly has no clue what she’s doing. After 3 days of waiting and being disappointed, I’m just taking my car elsewhere. This place is a horribly ran and extremely unprofessional.

I couldn’t believe that they would actually come over and look at my trailer to size the windows and give me a bid! Then day of appt. they never showed up on-time so I called and a woman answers and seems confused. She says I will call and get an eta then the next time, no show? I call and she says let me call and get back to you.Never calls back then the next day. I get a random text saying are you coming by today? I respond who’s this? Auto City Glass...then when I explain you guys were suppose to show up yesterday. No apology just says NEVER MIND! How Professional... Taking my business elsewhere

Auto City Glass is OUTSTANDING in every way. Steve is very professional, experienced in every aspect of auto glass, friendly and reasonably priced. I took a “basket case” of parts I purchased on the internet to replace a power window regulator after running into much difficulty. He modified the miss-match parts and made them work perfectly. He then restored the all the door parts and the completed the job to perfection. He saved me countless hours of work and was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use this shop for all my auto glass needs.

They give you the total price for the job, order the glass, they tell you about what time you can come back, at that time You dont have to wait, they start to work and finish the job with no time.

Very rude staff. The receptionist lady is not friendly but can be worked with. But the male owner or manager is very rude and disrespectful. Would never recommend to anyone.
