This place is terrible. I went down there during business hours and they closed and locked the doors early. I made eye contact with the sales woman who said sorry we re closed at which point I showed her my phone indicating it was ten minutes before their advertised closing time. She said I don t care . So I called and they picked up the phone. The same woman said they actually close when the register is turned off - in a matter of fact, everybody knows this way, as if they turn off their brain 15 minutes before closing as well. I said I m going to complain - again she said I don t care . If you re a chain manager for this company please fire this woman - it was last night.

Incompetent rude and lazy. You know the drill.. cant rate it any lower than one star do here we go.... Wasnt allowed yo buy tape clearer because I called it the wrong name... Maybe have a sign so people dont waste time. I was going to drop $150 there but Ill take my business elsewhere because you cant market right. Get your shop together. First experience was pretty cool cuz that dark complected cashier, great customer service. The other girl WASNT!!! Shes light complected black girl who I believe suppose to be the assistant manager or manager.My second time. And im leaving here ANGRY AND UPSET at the UNPLEASANT, POOR, SERVICE, Ive EVER experienced. As soon as my husband and I walked in we hear an unpleasant welcome to romantix by the same assistant manager/manager. Was such a TURN OFF!!!! As I was looking at the movies theres a section of two deal movies that were taped back to back not showing the actual back. I grab a two deal movie, flipped it see the other side the DVD opened. She yelled dont be opening the movies and I responded sorry it was opened already, and said again just dont theres other people there too. As Im paying she doesnt make eye contact she still has an attitude PLUS!! When giving me my change this girl hands it to me in such a rude way that the change fell. I kept my hand making her know Bit** you better pick my change and hand it to me before I make it un-romantic. I hate it now!!!
