Family Optometric Group does a great job taking care of my eyes. Just finished my annual checkup and over the last 5 years my glaucoma has remained in check while the fluid pressure has been reduced substantially. Drs. Knapp and Holden are highly skilled professionals providing expert service and their staff are all friendly and well versed in testing your eyesight. I like the Family Optometric Group and highly recommend their vision care services.

Embarrassing enough but true, the specialist stayed with me to help me find the perfect frame...judge free zone with a lot of personal opinion. Initially I had a good experience at my exam appointment. Once I received my new eyeglasses the prescription was incorrect not only for mine but my wifes prescription was incorrect as well. I would not recommend this business. Too many errors.

Typically, this is a very good organization and the doctors and staff are very caring. One thing I have to say is that my 90 year old Mom was there a couple years ago and she has prism glasses. Dr. Holden was very slow in referring a specialist and that info being passed down to her. At this point I made an appointment for myself and I had a very specific request. My Mom wanted him to call he and discuss further treatments and to help convince her to go see him, which she would have but she wanted to get a call from him. She likes Dr. Holden. He promised me he would call her right away and that he had a sticky note on his desk to give her a call. He NEVER did. Hence she never got an appointment. I was amazed that he broke his promise. We have chosen to do our business with another doctor.
