Friendly and efficient staff, and they help me out a great deal when my fridge went out. Same day delivery and they even set it up and explained the settings. The payment is fantastic for someone with less than good credit.

Prices are very reasonable, and name brand. Nancy the Sales Lady was awesome.

Omg I ended up here after being told by a few people from farmers furniture( I was buying a new bed set lol) how good the food was and Im so satisfied. I literally ordered another bbq potato two bites in because it was so delicious and so worth the money. And the ribs😁❤❤❤ I will definitely be back

Brought cargo trailer tried to get one on credit from tractor supply was told my credit wasnt good enough paid off bill from farmers 26 Feb 21 had purchase 2 new Kia, and bedroom suit from babcock, and generator farmers gave me credit and I thank them

The one is troy Al.is just is bad.Just broght a frigde .the one on display had ice maker in it.Sale person didnt say NOThing about ice maker being extra. When i called back.She said i never asked .but She could order me one for 99dollars.then i see sale paper.free ice maker .but again She stateS (You did not ask for it)

Absolutely poor, shocking and deplorable customer service. The staff and management do not care about their customers. Have had continued problems from the get go with their staff putting dents in my living room and hallway wall delivering my sofa, nothing was done to repair. I then suffered severe health problems which hady income cut due to work hours being cut. I was never a month behind on my payments but would be a week lateYou would set up an arrangement date, which they would put different on their system. Constant harassing phonecalls which left me in tears. When asked for the head office number, I was refused. Never again will I go near that place, I would encourage everyone else to stay away from this store.

Horrible experience! They do not stand by their word. Tried to charge more than we agreed on so we walked out. Will never go in that store again! Stay Way.

I think this place has got to be the most awful for customer service I have ever seen. I usually try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, so I did give them a second chance and try again but they just get worse every time you buy from them. I even tried letting their home office know to no avail. The staff just and manager are awful and there products are just as bad. I will never buy another product from there again.
