DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. WAITING ON A REFUND FROM A PRODUCT THAT WAS NEVER IN STOCK BUT ADVERTISED THAT IT WAS. LIED TO REPEATEDLY ABOUT TIMES AND DATES BY UNIFORMATIVE REPS WHO ACT LIKE SCAMMERS. A S C IS ALSO HALF PRICE AUDIO AND HI FI SOUND CONNECTION AMONG OTHERS.

Ordered a light controller. They sent it to me in a Chauvet box that looked like they pulled out of a dumpster. It did not have a power cord with it. When I received the power cord and hooked the unit up, the unit didnt work. They then told me I had to pay shipping for an exchange on the broken product. After I returned it they informed me they didnt have anymore and for an upcharge they could get me an equal unit. So I had to pay $15 for return shipping and 3 weeks without a controller, and have nothing to show for it. Never, Never buy anything from this company.

Horrible place to do business with. Not very professional or friendly either.
