Purchased a/c compressor kit. Shipped to store within 3 days and was exact fit with lifetime warranty. Cant complain Mark was the salesman and did a excellent job. . had one small issue with a minor part and Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the issue. Very good service. Will go back. I highly recommend this store .

Less and Mark went above and beyond to help install a shock absorber for the rear window. It was very cold outside and difficult to install. It doesn’t slam shut anymore. Thanks so much.

Mark Weber the Manager was extremely helpful. We were passing though town on our way to Arkansas and I noticed I needed new wipers. My wipers are challenging to put on so Mark assisted in getting them replaced and also helped me check a fuse. Great Service Mark!

Had a great experience this evening. My battery died across the street and I was able to get a jump from the team. They also helped me with some tricky spots replacing the battery. Seriously cant thank this team enough. 10/10 recommend.

Overall a good place to get parts. I gave it a 4/5 because one of the older reps doesnt always pay attention to the order info. It has gotten mixed up more than once but the reps always exchange the part without issue.

Wish I could give no stars. I bought a serpentine belt for a 2015 chevy spark. Mind you autozone said it would fit the vehicle. I bought it and drove 35 minutes away to my grandfathers that is very old because he is the one that owns the chevy spark, and he cant do it himself. And I drove all that way did an hours worth of work on the car just to find out the belt is too loose. I double checked the part number and it was correct, well I called the store and told them it was not the right fit and asked for some sort of compensation beings I drove 35 minutes and have to drive back and lose another day for my grandfather to be able to go out and get groceries. And the manager said hes firm on there being no compensation. Not even a gift card. Now I have to find THE RIGHT BELT! and drive back out there to fix it.

Great customer service. Was looking for a dome light that was difficult with conflicting numbers. Counterman went straight to the selection and we got it sorted out fast. Will use that store again.

5 mins was all it took, if that....electrical problem on my dashboard of my suv, employee let me use thier little plugin gizmo at no charge, problem went away once plugged in.

Went there after getting spark plugs and disconnecting battery to reset my light because of the codes it threw. Tried resetting the light with the scanner and it didnt work. When I tried to buy the part he made me try to reset it with the other scanner and it worked. Saved me 120. Thank you Kevin J.

If I could give 5 stars I would. I had a spark plug pop out and made it here. Jordan was more then incredible! He really tried his hardest to get us back on the road and when it came down to needing to take it to a shop he pointed us in the right direction. I could not have ask for a better person to help me tonight. And Mark was there to reassure us that everything Jordan had to say was accurate.

Wanted to exchange battery under warranty but i was told that i had to have my mechanic who purchased battery replace it who was an hour away. I ended up just having to go the the north side of Springfield to get my battery replaced under warranty. Springfield Autozone told me Ozark should have replaced it no problem. Sounds like laziness to me. Will be going to Oreillys from now on.

Had a check engine light come on as we were returning to ohio from Branson. The gentleman was so very helpful and polite. Checked out issue reassured us we could continue home and even suggested Rosie Jos for breakfast which was wonderful. He was our knight in shining armor this morning.
