Needed an alignment in a tight timeframe after installing some new parts and before leaving on a trip. They were able to get me in the next morning, while I was given a week wait time at the other shop in town. Price for a four wheel alignment was lower than the other shop as well. Communication was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Fixed my car incorrectly causing me to be stranded with my kids in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. They use zip ties to fix wires when they should have used the proper clips and charged me 118 for it.They worked on my car friday at 5 and I was having issues by 5 the next day. I had to have my car towed to a new shop to have proper repairs made.The owner and customer service was awful. Had to make a complaint with the BBB to get the issues resolved.

I came in without an appointment. Was assisted very professionally right then. Within minutes was told the problem, the solution, and the cost. The parts wouldnt be in for an hour, but they would stay till the job was done. I was very pleased with the service, the work and the cost. I recommend US Automotive in Ozark.

Great work, very nice people, but not a lot of staff.They were so kind and helpful when it came to fixing my car and when I had trouble paying for it They were kind enough to hold it for a couple months so that I could gather together enough money to pay for the repair. I know that that is not normal or customary but the fact that they did it for us is the reason why I’d recommend this place because of their kindness and generosity. They also did great work and fixed our car.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and was pleasantly greeted, left my car, went shopping, returned and my car was done. The store was easy to find, easy to access. It was very clean and l was very happy to see they didnt find any repairs that needed to be done. As a first time customer and a woman it was a important. I will be a repeat customer.

I just had U.S. Auto diagnose a very difficult problem we were having on one of our work trucks. They figured out the issue for the price discussed and in this situation fixed the problem at no extra cost. The tech figured it out quickly. The issue was unbelievably unusual and I would have never guessed it. Instead of parts changing go to U.S. Automotive.

We had a great experience with this company. Went from a small mom/pop shop that we thought we could trust, who ended up ripping us off (said they completed work that indeed had not been done). Moved to Ozark and decided to check these guys out. Friendly staff, did NOT complete extra work that didnt need to be done. My parents ended up taking their new (to them) SUV in just to have it checked out - they did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and why (which was very minor). Trustworthy, and we will return!

I took my f-250 in a couple of months ago and had some work done on it and now it rides and runs so much better now. Ron was extremely helpful with anything I needed He would keep me updated on the truck and it was done when he said it would be. I want to thank Ron and I think the mechanics name was Mike. They both know what they are talking about so if u need anything done to your cars I would highly recommend them

So far worse experience i have ever had with a shop. I was quoted one price and have had a new issue come up every other day since having them start working on my vehicle. I was definitely lied to saying I had a cracked head then when I had them stop and picked it up the manager chris said I dint have a cracked head.I will probably have to have an attorney step in since I know that the issues they are stating were not there at the shop i got the first quote from or any shop that has serviced my vehicle over the last 2 years went for the warranty since the initial quote was very close but had a better warranty. I will definitely be reporting to the BBB as well as disputing the charge since I have a written diagnosis and report that they are lying from my local mechanic shop who is fixing it for less.

Husband came in to ask a simple question. They RUDELY told him that he had no business working on his own car. We WILL never go here for anything. We will continue to take our business to Ozark Chevy!

I had a blown engine on my car and these guys at U.S Automotive have been there to help me out all the way. They got my car in and helped me find a replacement engine. The manager there is very helpful. I highly recommend U.S Automotive to anyone that needs work done on there vehicles.

Brought my car into us automotive because of brake noise. The manager was very helpful in giving us a ride home and bringing us back. the best part was the information he was able to give us regarding not only the needed repair but the over all recommended care of our car. we will always come back for our car needs.

Had an oil change, they performed this service well, but made up additional needs for car to operate safely. Claimed certain repairs would be required to pass state inspection. These recommended repairs we not required for state inspection. I would not want anyone who is not knowledgeable about cars to get service here. I am afraid they will take you to the cleaners.Update Dec 2016. Started having troubles with my heater, come to find out that topping off fluids as part of 50 dollar oil change consists of saying they are doing something they are not doing. Lowered rating to one star, these people are not even honoring the promises of basic services like topping off all fluids. Consumer beware. This location is not staffed by anyone you can trust. They have completely lost my business.

Almost a hundred dollars for them to tell me that it was my oil pan when it was just a 20 dollar ring seal!. Quoted 800.00 for a 100.00 repair job that I ended up having done at another shop.

These people are not honest. They gave my wife one price and charged another when the job was done, double. Of course they do not do a written estimate it is all verbal. They told me that my wife was unable to understand how the pricing worked. My wife is very intelligent and not to mention they found a big problem that they missed when we took in the previous month. When we called they said it was new part noise, WHICH IT WASNT. I will never do business with these people again. I advise to geteverything in writing, because their word is worthless.

I would give Chris and his team 5 stars IF they had handled the issue of one of their techs NOT putting my wheel lug nuts on securely and not reimbursing me for having to have another dealer charge me $67.00 to tighten the lug nuts on my car. I provided documentation for the situation to Chris who said someone at the main off would call me the next day, and I received an apology. I was promised reimbursement for the $67.00 I had to spend. I called back 2 weeks later to see where we were in the process and once again promised a call back THAT day - after a month plus... NOTHING. I entered a complaint through BBB to help resolve. I spent over $3,300.00 on car repairs - I expect when someone makes a mistake and in this situation a dangerous mistake, to respond promptly as promised verses being totally disregarded. I wont go back, and will let other know as well. There are too many other places to take a car - too bad because I thought I had found a place to take my car on a regular basis.

We have tried these guys a twice they eather don’t fix what they charge for or don’t quote correctly don’t trust them they have no idea what they are doing. Also most of there 5 star reviews appear to be faked by one of the “bot web sites” sad that they claim to be a Christian business.

2000 Dodge Ram Sport 4x4 5.9L................ Had a problem with another shop in the area, probably replaced the fuel pump unnecessarily. Broke down in front of US Automotive in Ozark. Found a issue fixed that. No more problems showing from diagnostics. I got to Springfield & it broke down again. Ron, the Shop Manager towed it back to Ozark at no charge. Ran some more test found out the PCM or the brain of the truck was giving inaccurate readings. Ron suggested saving about $800 & finding a PCM on my own. After spending $1200 for a fuel pump & Cam shaft sensors. All in all, the computer cost me $289 had it ship to my house from Florida next day delivery. Having Ron install it to make sure there are no other problems. So, I saved about $ 500. Thanks Ron (Shop Manager) & Mike (Mechanic). If you want good honest people working on your vehicle in Ozark, Missouri. This is the place! Dont ever have anyone fix your vehicle that doesnt have a clue, especially, if they dont do a full diagnostics check on your engine. These guys know how!

Ron and everyone in there is so nice. I have run into quite alot of problems with my vehicle. They are trying so hard and working with my budget. They even offer financing and DO NOT do anything without talking to you and they are very thorough and let you know what all needs done evn if you cant afford it right away. They are so nice and so honest and loyal to their customers. Thank you to everyone there!!!

Went in for a safety inspection and was told that inner and outer tie rod ends needed to be replaced in order to pass. Had the tie rod ends inspected at two other shops and they said they were fine, certainly not enough wear to warrant replacing.

Women Customers Beware! I dont doubt that they do good quality work, but they padded up the bill with additional repairs that I did not request.I took my car in to get a squeaking sound checked out. They charged $95 just to diagnose the problem. When they called with the quote to rebuild the strut mounts and change the oil (it was due for an oil change), I told them to NOT change the oil at that time because the repairs I needed were more than I had budgeted for. They changed the oil anyway and replaced a seal in the engine, and they charged me for all these repairs without telling me that they had done them! My bill was over $800!

This place is why most people do not trust auto repair businesses. Car was diagnosed and an estimate was given. Car was taken to get a second diagnosis elsewhere. If the U.S. Automotive diagnosis was correct their estimate was twice as much as a local competitor. However, the diagnosis from U.S. Automotive was wrong! If repair was done at U.S. Automotive not only would a perfectly functioning part be replaced at a substantial cost, but the actual problem would have been ignored. Do your homework, get two or more opinions and avoid places with deceitful business practices.

Very slow!! Car up on rack 15min but was 2hrs and I had to ask what was going on with my vehicle. Then I have 1 brake caliper sticking and they want to replace both caliper, new brakes, new rotors, and all new lines for the system. This is why people hate taking their cars to the shop, they are always looking to get you to buy stuff you dont need. Took my car to another shop $68 fix and Us automotive wanting to me to pay $1500.

Do NOT let these people put tires on your car. Due to errors they admit making when they mounted 4 NEW tires on my car, less than 30 miles later I was stranded with TWO flat tires! I feel strongly that they jeopardized my life. I will not let US Automotive close enough to my car to clean the windshield.

Over priced. Charged an outrageous price to check the charge on my battery.

My aunt took her car for over heating...told heads was bad (agree with that) repair was made PLUS the radiator lower radiator hose the power steering pump and rack and pinion...car over heated again radiator hose came off..us automotive gladly came and took the car back to the shop charged for a new hose that was a couple weeks old and then she picked up the car took it home and then the hose for the power steering came off and emptied the reservoir..she finally just got rid of the car...4k+ later and doesnt even have the car now...wouldnt trust this company with a new car

We were on 65 when something came loose under our car and was scraping the highway. It sounded terrifying! We drove here and they got us in right away and had us back on the highway in about 10 minutes time. Thanks for your help, Luis!
