I have been working very hard and patiently at growing out my hair for over 5 years. I came in for a trim and the stylist and I discussed 1 1/2 - 2 inches, tops. She was very careful to show me how much she planned on cutting. When she was finished, at least SIX inches was gone. I realize its just hair but Ive been working at this for years and now its gone. Im so, so sad. I loved my long hair and feel so ugly now.

Im already a satisfied customer but I recently took my daughter there to get her last hair cut from a different location fixed. Elisha did a great job fixing it and now my daughter said shell be going to Elisha from now on.

I went yesterday (4.8.2018) and Claire did my hair. She was the only one in there and greeted me when I walked in the door, warned me it would be 45 minutes-1 hour because there were 2 people ahead of me which was fine, and she was right on target. When she got me in she was AMAZING. She washed my hair and it was seriously the best wash ever...I needed it. She trimmed my hair like I asked and blow dried it wonderfully. She took her time and made it a fantastic experience. It still looks good today!! Claire was super sweet and seriously great. I’ll definitely go see her again.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found our place! We were met with smiling faces and a full house. As a walk in, they made sure we knew the wait time, instead of letting us just take our seat. This gave us time to run a few errands first, which we greatly appreciated on a busy Saturday. Who wants to go to a salon that’s not busy? (Not me, not a good sign.) I have very long hair that they cleaned up flawlessly, but the big win was my son. He hates haircuts. Elisha walked him through each step, let him make choices, and gave him the best haircut he’s ever had. He said “this place is my favorite and she is my favorite”. We will be forever customers. There absolutely insane .there not a bargain at all..and the stylist dont know what theyre doing some of them dont even know how to cut hair

What a wonderful group of professionals who take the time to make sure you are happy! I havent had my hair cut in a year because of other salons mistakes, I took a chance today and found a wonderful salon that Ill be returning to.

Had a pretty good experience here with my boys. They both picked out the same haircut from the book and ended up with two completely different haircuts, neither of which looked remotely like the picture, but I didnt care as long as they looked nice. My older son talked non-stop to the stylist and she was very patient and receptive. Well definitely be going back.

I always get my hair dyed at Fantastic Sam’s because of their quality color, experience, friendliness, and how they save your color formula in the system with your name. I also get my hair washed and styled there about once a week the girls always remember my name, as well as, my life. They also are more than willing to help me decide what I want to do with my hair. I usually use Renee and she’s amazing, but I’ve had Claire and Leann too, who are also amazing!

Fantastic service and skill. New ownership and management are top notch. Made a believer out of my picky teenage son. He is willing to make this his new go to.

We came here a few times. I brought my three children and they did a pretty good job on my three children but when I went to have my haircut I was sorely disappointed. I have very long red hair and I needed her to cut off the split ends and do a trim and when I left I still had most of my split ends and my hair had not been layered properly and I was very disappointed with the haircut.We went back a couple months later to have another care cut and to have my children’s haircut again and the same thing happened when I had her trim my hair. When I left I still had a lot of split ends but didn’t realize till I got home.

This place was extremely clean especially for a place that doesnt set appointments and only does walk-ins. I was able to be in the chair as soon as I walked in. The other employees seemed happy about the work they were doing and my stylist made more than certain I was happy with the cut. For a man Im easy to please, but they went the extra mile to make sure I was. I highly recommend anyone looking for a cut and quickly to go check out the new ownership and stylists here.

What a great place to get a hair cut! The shop is tidy, the staff is friendly, and they even have a neat little play area for your kids to hang out in. My cut was well very well done by owner Elisha. Plus, its locally owned and veteran owned. Will be coming back!

If you want a basic trim, this is a good place to go. I took my son, who has a large cow lick in the front and back of his head, to get his haircut. I explained he needed lined up and and inch taken off the top. The result was less than par with her not following his natural part during the cut and literal chunks of hair out of one side missing. I will stick to Hudson Hawk from now on. These people are not professionals and have limited skills. Very unhappy momma.

Oh where do I start at the awful service I got.Walked in; no hello no nothing. I was gonna get my hair cut but after not feeling welcomed I quickly changed my mind. Just a rude comment by a blonde. She than gets my name and yells Claire!! No itll be a moment, how are you? No customer service treated me awful.So I go back with Claire awful. Small talk was awful awful and rude so was the other girl. Im a mother, student and work full time. I wanted my hair cut and to relax yet I get stressed. WORST PLACE EVER.oh no aloe on my brows so now they itch.

They are great and listen to their customers needs and wants.

I had a horrible experience. I got in fast and requested a trim and some layering. Showed the stylist a photo. She was very unprofessional and did not really listed to my request. Took off 2.5 inches or more, even after I requested to keep it as long as possible. The hair cut I was given had nothing to do with the photo or request, again maybe because she did not listen to me. They have lost my business.

I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and they still haven’t disappointed yet! :)

I went to get my hair cut today and the woman who did my hair completely botched it. I told her I wanted my hair layered with the longest length past my shoulders. Basically in the szame style I had the last time just trimmed up. My hair, not only doesnt have even layers, but it looks a hair cut from the 70s. The length barely reaches my shoulders. I will never be coming back. She was rough, pulled and jerked my head around and clearly didnt follow the same cut as last time. I was in so much shock I just had to leave. That wsoman should not be cutting hair. Whats worse is Im pretty sure the other woman there noticed I hated the hair cut and was just nodding my head to get out of there as fast as possible.

Nice area. Only two employees available to cut hair and answer the phones. Long delay to customers to get their hair cut.
