Scott Crook & Mike were truly amazing. They got me everything I needed so quickly, and was so smooth. I wish I had a team like they do, because I would have loved to make a deal with them. They made it so so easy! They were even going to get it delivered to me which I’m 3 hours away from them. Though my husband decided he wanted to go with a different car due to it having a extra $2,000 package, and my dealership I ordered one finally got their hands on a dealer trade too. I appreciate Scott & Mike so much for their hard work along with the finance manager too. When we are ready for our diesel in a couple years I’ll be back, and will only buy from them. Took my truck in for a electrical diagnostic. Good ole Adriana Taylor made sure that my wheels bearings, ball joints, and transmission fluid where checked. I paid $150 an hour for 2 hours just for them to tell me a 30A fuse was bad. Which it definitely wasn’t the issue. I was told when I got there that they had everything in order and it was ready to go. Little did I know “ready to go” meant half of the air intake was in the cab, and the air box was disassembled. Along with the coil pack being unplugged, and various other sensors. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache from this place. Go to don Vance, or corwin dodge. Atleast they care about their customers.
Ask for Jordan, he is the BEST! Jordan is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his costumers and tries to help as much as possible. Jordan did not give up on me (literally I came in so many times) until we found the right vehicle for me. Great service and he knows his stuff. Got a quote over the phone that was consistent with other shops around for service. Drove 45 miles for service and find out that the quote was off and they wanted $175more. I wish I would have known this. Taking time off of work/ driving for service. Just an overall disappointment. I sure hope they make an effort to correct this. I went ahead with the service, but it might be the last time do business with this place. Not even an apology for the mistake.
I came to this place twice before when it was Youngblood to buy a vehicle. They wouldn’t work with me at all on my trade-in, so I went to Don Vance in Marshfield who did work with me. They called about two weeks later wanting to work out a deal and I told them Don Vance gave a much better deal.As far as service goes, stay away if you have warranty work being done. I had two recalls on a new Ram done here. The floor mat needed to be replaced and the wiper arm had to be replaced/repaired. Per the recall paperwork that might take 30 minutes. They had my truck for 4 hours. Then I had an issue with the radio. They told me it would take 45 min to replace. I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes. Then almost a month later, they said Ram needed to replace it again and it might take 1 hour. I leave it and called two hours later. I’m told it was ready but nobody called me. I told them I was on the way. About 30 min later I showed up and my paperwork still wasn’t ready. I saw on the paperwork that it said “.8” which I assume means it almost took an hour but they just held my truck without telling me, as if I didn’t have things to do that day.Also, my wife brought her Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation one time. They charged $90! This place is convenient because it’s close, but I’m done with them, I’ll drive to Marshfield or Branson for service from now on. Tri lakes changed her oil and rotated her tires for $44.
Horrible experience with the service department, worked with Adriana Taylor. Had horrible communication and just gave me excuses and empty promises every time I talked to her. I have little faith in they’re technicians as when I questioned they’re tests they could not explain results, just saying “don’t fix what ain’t broke”. Would never recommend this dealership, they’re an absolute joke!

What an AMAZING dealership!!!!! My wife and I stopped by James River Dodge yesterday just to look and was not really expecting to find a vehicle. We were met by a young man named Steve Campbell. I would have to say in all my years of buying vehicles, Steve is one of, if not the top, car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He was very nice, patient, and (very important to me) he listened well. He asked questions, figured out what we were looking for (price range, features, power, etc) and took us to a truck that fell into all of that. I’ve been in sales pretty much most of my life and I’ve learned the importance of listening well, and Steve does it masterfully.When we went inside to talk details and all the stuff that goes into buying a vehicle I was thinking “Ok, here we go, the not fun part.” Well, that turned out to be an extremely smooth, enjoyable process. No hassle, no pressure, no going back and forth with numbers game, nothing!! Everyone one was friendly, helpful, pleasant to deal with, etc.I can only give five stars, but I would say this is a TEN star dealership and Steve Campbell is a TWENTY star sales person. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle I very highly recommend James River Dodge and ask for Steve Campbell.
We recently purchased a used car from this lot. I have purchased used cars from Dennis Hanks (now Ozark’s Chevrolet) and never had an issue. They made sure the car had a brand new battery and tires that had plenty of tread. James River Jeep on the other hand... the tires are absolutely bald on the front, the tires did not pass inspection at my automotive place I’ve used for years. The sales rep waited until we were walking out, after already purchasing the car, to notify us that they were aware there was a leak in the radiator hose. They were waiting until the part came in to fix it. Now another two weeks later, James River Jeep still have not replaced the house. The hole was so large it leaked enough coolant to leave me stranded on the side of the road with the car I just bought. I ended up going to Oreilly’s, getting the hose needed and fixing it same day. If this was Craigslist, I would have expected to check every nook and cranny but this is suppose to be reputable dealership.. I would have expected at least the necessities to be covered. They have not and continue to not meet expectations by putting my phone calls off and even my in person meetings. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if you don’t want to end up stranded.

Since Youngblood sold out to this new company, the only thing you can count on is that you will never get a return call. Have always had the same service manager taking care of my vehicle and never an issue until this new company took over. You would think since there are people that are willing to overpay the dealerships to service their vehicles, that the dealership would have the courtesy to at a minimum, return a customers call. Corwin Dodge on sunshine was more than happy to start servicing my vehicle and Im sure everyone else that has had unpleasant experiences with the new company.
Incompetent is probably the best description!! Had my husbands truck three different times to fix the same warranty issues they Never could fix, they just tore more stuff up!! I would not buy a car here because if you need service or warranty work, they will trash it.. you were forewarned.. steer clear of these clowns

This company only cares about the money. Customer service since Youngblood sold has gone downhill and is horrible. I had a warranty on my Jeep and went in with an ongoing issue with the shifter. I was treated just like I was when it was Youngblood. Well, then things went downhill. Was told I had to wait for the part to come in and then they get it fixed. A month goes by and I hear nothing. I go out and talk to them. Suppose to call me back and still havent heard from them. Now my warranty is up and I have a recall. Guess what! Still no call. Be safe getting a vehicle from this company as all it seems that matter is how deep the pocket goes.
I called on 2 separate occasions multiple times asking for the person in service that has taken care of my car for years and left multiple messages trying to find out prices for things that needed to be done on my car to see if I could afford to get everything done at one time. I never got any return calls!!!! My husband and I will be going somewhere else. We are very disappointed with how we have been treated. This was our first experience since everything switched over. Not impressed at all!!!

Had our Jeep sent over there to get service work done on a warranty item and got the run around about all of the issues our 2017 Jeep had which was not true. As usual typical BS with them wanting to charge all this money for non existent repairs that they said we needed.. The name may have changed but the shady business practices are still there. We had a similar issue when it was Youngblood and hoped that issue went away with new owners but it didnt. Sent vehicle to Don Vance and had it fixed the same day no issue instead of the 4 day run around from James River.
Rich and Chance were ultra helpful. They both started early, and stayed late for me due to my work schedule to purchase my wife’s surprise new Jeep Rubicon Recon. We’ve owned it a week now. Never thought I’d be a Jeep person, but with top off and both the stars and Moon shining down on my family during a cool night cruise, I couldn’t be any grateful for the service we received. These guys are awesome and normal human beings. A far cry from the stereotypical car salesperson and finance manger, and for that my family an I truly appreciate them.

After the issues we went to fetcher in joplin which offers a lifetime warranty. Where the truck was traded in and upgraded to a much bigger truck that wasnt going to have the issues of the first truck. When we arrived back at james river to cancel some warrantys we were meet with a meeting with the owner, salesperson, and financial dept. During this meeting an agreement was made that fixed some of the loss from them not taking the vehicle back as soon as the issues with the truck was noticed. Although it was not a complete wash there was effort made by the dealership to amend the issue so the review was upgraded from 1 to 3.Prior review:Wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. They are rude and disrespectful. They will not take care of their customers after the purchase. They make promised that will not be accurate and true. When you arrive to the lot and ask to test drive something I bet they cant find the key to the car you want, This happened to us once and to another couple on the lot we watched leave because of it. When you talk to someone there and they say we will have the owner call you the wont here from him ever.Take your business somewhere else.
I stopped by what I thought was youngblood, but it turned out to be a new dealership, James River. My first impression was good. The building was really nice and the employees seemed to be having a good time. However, my experience went from good to terrible quick once I started working with Shawn. When I pulled up to the building, Shawn was out front smoking, which is whatever. What was appalling was the fact he was smoking at the entrance to the building, so I had to walk through second hand smoke in order to go inside, I have breathing issues as it is. Shawn followed me inside and did not wear a mask, which put me on edge. There is an ordinance in the City of Ozark that mandates you to wear one. He asked how he could help me and I told him I wanted to see a Jeep. He went and got one and came back inside and handed me the key. I am surprised that he didnt even ask me for a drivers license when he let me drive it off the lot.. While on the test drive, I drove by my husbands work to show him. He asked me about the dealership and I informed him of everything up to that point. My husband and I agreed that we shouldnt to business with someone who doesnt seem professional. I took the vehicle back and went to Corwin in Springfield where I bought a nice Jeep Cherokee from Justin, who was beyond professional. He was not smoking when I got there, smelled very good and was kind enough to wear a mask and accompany me on a test drive in the Jeep he found for me. It was an exceptional experience. If you want to purchase local, purchase from Corwin in Springfield, Mo. Go see Justin and tell him that Harriat sent you :)
Found them to be advertising 18% off Ram Big Horn. However when I called they told me the 18% off was only on Ram 1500 Big Horn. When I explained that the web page did not say only 1500’s I was told sorry. So I then sent an email to the dealership and received a call back. I was then informed that I was right but that that have a disclaimer on the website to protect them.
The worst car buying experience I ever had bought a car signed papers the 3 weeks later said the paperwork wouldnt work had to take car back... This was my wifes dream car..... I will not recommend you to anyone... I took the same paperwork 3 days later to another dealership in Springfield and found the same car all the way down to the mileage same price but was completely signed and driving away within an hour. This place us very shady

I was dreading my recall appointment because I had to bring my toddler and baby with me. But everyone was so nice. They gave them little toys, popcorn, and the remote so we could find something for my toddler to watch. My baby fell asleep in my arms and someone brought me a blanket in case I wanted to use it. They were so friendly and my toddler actually had a blast (yes, she really did LOL). I was told it would take about 1.5 hours and thats exactly how long it took. They also washed my car and put air in my tires. My girls have never been treated so nicely by a company before so it was a really nice change. Thank you for such a great experience and for your employees being so patient and kind.
Had a recall that needed preformed on my vehicle. They did a great job. They were quick and didn’t leave any mess or indication they had been working with my vehicle. Even turned the tire Pressure warning light off (That had been on for almost a year even with correct tire pressure). Thanks guys I appreciate it!
Called to make an appointment for an oil change, fuel filters, and tire rotation and balance the guy was nice and said they could get it in later in the day no big deal. And hour later I get a call from I believe Richard in the service department telling me that it takes 4 hours just to rotate and balance tires, and they can’t do all the work in the required time of an hour and a half that I was quoted. Don Vance can do all the work in that time they were just busy. He was very rude and didn’t feel comfortable handing them the keys to my truck. Went to another dodge dealer in town was very nice was able to get me in immediately. I will never have service done with these people.
Great place to go window shopping. Prices for new vehicles are shocking to say the least. $41,000.00 for a brand new Jeep.My salesperson was exceptional and showed me the pretty green Jeep that I was interested in. They also had some chargers and other great vehicles starting at $65,000. It just goes to show that there has been a significant increase in the costs of new vehicles. Considering a used vehicle might be a better option for me. They start around $20,000. Need to go look around again soon. If you need a great vehicle from a dealer who will serve you after hours, then I highly recommend Youngblood... CC & 65 in Ozark, Missouri.

A month ago, I purchased a NEW Ram pickup from Ken Walker at Youngblood Chrysler, Ozark, Missouri, only to realize that on the way home the license plate light fell out. After checking the light and looking under the vehicle, I observed one of the bed bolts was ready to fall out. The other bolts under the vehicle appeared to have been removed and reinstalled. I subsequently received a car fax showing my vehicle had been wrecked. I called Ken and he stated he did not know anything about the truck being wrecked or the Carfax. I took the vehicle back to the dealer, approximately 150 mile round trip, and was informed by another salesman, Rich Wommack, who stated he had shown me the Carfax and I had signed the document. When I asked to view the alleged document, Wommack stated he was mistaken. He asked for the keys so he could have the shop look under the vehicle to make sure it is safe. I informed him that is not acceptable. I requested to speak with the Manager. The manager, Scott Desal, informed me the dealership does not take beds off of vehicles. Desal stated the only damage the vehicle could have would be a replaced bumper, only if it had been backed into. I informed him I was taking the vehicle to a body shop to have it inspected. The body shop confirmed by observation and informed me the complete right side of the bed had been replaced.I informed Scott he had sold me a wrecked NEW truck, wherein the bed side had been replaced. Scott stated he would replace the vehicle with another one with the same options. I agreed. Ken later informed me they were working on the paper work on my replacement truck . I informed Ken that I would like to have them install black aluminum running boards to make it right with my time and inconvenience. Ken informed me I wanted a chrome running boards and that it was above his authority.I then contacted Scott and informed him I believe I was entitled to black running boards to which he replied he had discussed this matter with Ken.On my third 150 mile trip to the dealership to replace my truck, I find it is there with the running boards Ken thought I wanted, so much for listening to their customer. I informed Rich I had made extra keys for the vehicle and would like to have them replaced. He informed me that the keys were inexpensive and he would not replace them.Ken called the following day because he was informed I was not happy. After discussing Richs unprofessionalism in sales, we debated about the keys. In the end, I told him to forget it, if they cared they would have made replacements while I was there. Ken previously informed me that fleet vehicles have a 100,000 mile warranty which is also posted on the dealer web site. I requested information on the warranty from Ken, which I have failed to receive and dont expect to receive since I recently contacted an unassociated Ram dealer who informed me that Ram does not offer the 100,000 mile warranty on gas pickups. If the warranty is only good at the Youngblood dealership and I have to have the vehicle serviced at the dealership it is worthless due to the 150 mile trip for each service or if the truck needs warranty work out of state.Funny thing is Ive been waiting to receive the dealership survey. Since I have failed to receive one at this point in time, I dont expect to receive it even though I have had multiple email correspondences, with different individuals, dealing with the New truck being wrecked.After three trips (450 miles), having to prove my NEW truck had been wrecked via an independent body shop, it is my opinion that Youngblood Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is the WORST place to purchase a new vehicle unless you want to be mislead and mistreated.
Wow, from the word go I was totally impressed with this dealership and everyone that worked there that I came in contact with. I was struggling to find financing on a vehicle because I made some bad choices as a teenager and Im still paying for it but not only did these guys get me what I wanted but also made it affordable on the down payment and the monthly payments are great as well. Even with sub par credit. I thank you guys so much each and every day because just when I was about to give up hope you guys gave me my hope back. I called three times to set an appointment and was hung up on all three times after holding for an extended period of time. I been called back a couple days later and talked to service dept. that was going to call me back to schedule appointment but they never called. I called back couple days later and got an appointment but they made the appointment for incorrect vehicle they did not know I was coming for recall which is one of the main reasons I made the appointment. I loved my sales guys, but the service dept. has to get better.

Never been here but I was looking at a Jeep and talked to them. It was a 2018 and advertised as new with 3 hundred and some miles when it was clearly sold or traded between dealers a couple times. It was about 8k over bluebook and that was the top book price they would not shoot me a realistic price or give any commitment. They just kept telling me to come in and we would work on numbers considering they seemed desperate you would of thought they would of wanted rid of it or at least had it advertised at a realistic price.
If you are looking for a new vehicle ask for Mike Manning!! He was terrific. We looked at new Jeeps at other dealers but went with Youngblood because of Mike! First time I ever bought a new car without having to deal with a high pressure sales person.

They post FAKE INTERNET ADVERTISING on pricing. Do not waste your time visiting this dealership. My husband and I have been loyal dodge owners for years and always purchase from Internet pricing and we have always received the price posted. Young blood Dodge posts in BIG RED letters sales price and then when you go in they tell you, no that price is if you qualify for a long list of discounts. Believe me Young blood Dodge is practicing bait and switch scam advertising.

Took my Caravan here to have the transmission fixed. Initially I started I wasnt in a hurry but now that its been there 2+ months, Im tired of calling and getting voice mail and then not getting a return call until week later. This will be the last time I have anything to do with this business.
Horrible service!! I waited on my title for my pickup I bought for over 90 days. They didn’t bother to call me to tell me it was going to take awhile to get the title back when my 30 day temporary tag was almost up. Finally got the title back. They sent a inspection deal with it. Said they inspected my truck at the Ozark location while I was at work with my truck. It took me 4 days to get my truck after buying it because they had to detail it. Worst and longest detail job ever. All in all my car buying experience with Youngblood was a nightmare!!!

I was not even truly in the market to buy a new truck but wanted just some numbers and pricing of a truck I was interested in on the pre owned lot. I met Jeff Latimer and he was very nice not pushy and took time dealing with my needs and pricing. He appreciated my expectations and was a realist in what I could afford and things I wanted. This was a large purchase for me and the team made me feel like I was at home and not overcome by a sale. Jeff sold me this truck and I had many accessories that needed to be removed from my truck, he personally spent hours working and helping me get those accomplished and moved from my old truck to my new one. He took his own time outside the dealership to help me which was not just appreciated but made me feel more comfortable with the sale the dealership and built trust thanks again Jeff and the Youngblood Team!
We recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Youngblood after looking at a few other brands and vehicles. Jeeps are generally expensive, but Youngblood had all local pricing beat hands down, which allowed us to get into a Jeep at the same price point as the other vehicles we had driven. Slow. Took 3 separate days to fix a backup camera with paint warranty issue. They dont answer the phone. They should of painted the camera first. Then installed it the next day. Frustrating. Lack of communication and knowledge. I usually go to Corwin Dodge for repairs. They are farther away, but do great work. I wanted to use the new shop since it is closer and more convenient. Just became a headache. Glad the warranty fixed the issue. Needs work on the customer service side to keep my business. I will probably go back to Corwin Dodge from now on. Will be buying 2 vehicles in the future. I have bought 6 vehicles at Corwin.
As a senior woman I was trusting that youngblloods in .ozark was a company I could trust I was so very WRONG. I was shone a 2012 Nissan I was interested in. I was told that some lights and buttons didnt work but would be repaired. I was promised by salesperson but also by sales manager Sean Mabins that it would be repaired before I picked it up. It still has not been repaired. I bought the car on their word. I guess their word or companys word can not be trusted. I feel foolish for trusting youngbloods reputation. Read all reviews there are others who have been treated like this.
Darin OHern was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was low pressure. When it came time for the deal he and the sales manager gave me a good deal and didnt hassle me. Id purchase here again.
I just drove off the lot in a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Youngblood. Darin was an exceptional coach in showing me all the features and specs, and he walked me through all the ins and outs of purchasing a new car. Plus I feel secure knowing Youngblood will be there for all my future questions and maintenance needs.

Dont believe their prices, they are a scam! Wanted to buy a truck but was told by THEIR OWN SALESPERSON that their online prices are impossible to qualify for! Bought my Nissan from their other store, but with these tactics I will go elsewhere.

Went in to buy a jeep. Tried to get me to leave when I was firm on buying. Kept pushing me towards a new, high priced jeep that was decked out already when I clearly wanted a project vehicle. Went elsewhere.

The shopping experience here at Youngblood CDJR was great! J.B. Kelly was kind, understanding, and very helpful. He helped us test drive what we were interested in and gave us pizza (never underestimate the power of pizza!). When it came time to crunch numbers and make a decision, J.B. really helped us find a plan to finance reasonably with. We also appreciated the lack of pressure to make a decision and the time he gave us by stepping out of the room so we could talk as a family. Chance Allenbran was fast and professional with the paperwork. All in all, a wonderful experience that only took about four hours on a calm Saturday. Would seek to do business again with future vehicles.
Service was great as always. My only complaint was the location had changed and I was not made aware when the appointment was scheduled.
* BUYER BEWARE*Me and my fiancé bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee back at the end of October and with 3,000 fresh miles on it the motor blew. The vehicle was then towed to their service department in Springfield while our car was getting fixed we made countless phone calls and emails to get this situation under control but guess what!? No return calls or emails and when I finally did get a hold of someone they would refer me to FCA which is a joke because they did absolutely nothing and told me that the dealership is responsible for any “buy backs” or “trade assistances” and then the dealership told me that FCA was responsible. After waiting a MONTH for our car to get fixed we finally have it back. Filed a claim with the attorney general and now have hired a lawyer to get this made right. Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had in my entire life. When something catastrophic happens they throw up their hands and wash them clean. The only thing good I have to say is Richard the tech who installed our new motor was great, super nice, super responsive to phone calls and answered any or my questions.

They never have availability for oil changes and there parts are at least 20.pp dollare higher then Corwin which is just 5 miles away frim them i will never go back for service or parts i feel they are not customer friendly

I am very disgusted with this dealership and if there was a way to just give them the car back I would. I have been lied to on multiple occasions and I have had there sales manager get up in my face.
Friendly sales staff, parts and service departments are staffed with people that know what they are doing and unlike Springfield, try very hard to help you resolve problems or needs for your vehicle.
