It’s a Starbucks inside of a grocery store. The baristas had made a fun chart of their favorite drinks, so I gave the Cookies ‘N Creme Frappuccino a shot, and it was great! The line was ridiculously long, but both girls were busting their butts to get orders out, even with several items being out of stock.

They are unfriendly. feels like every time I come they just want to make my drink fast and kick me out. I went there 5 times only 2 times they made my drink right even though I ordered the same drink. disappointed

This Starbucks has employees that dont understand the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, nor do they care. There are plenty of people who have applied to work there; hire someone competent.

I’m a pretty big fan of Starbucks and will continue to be. However, the Ozark location needs some improvement. They need more staff at high traffic times. The line during these times is beyond long and staff honestly doesn’t seem to care or notice. I understand that patients is something everyone can learn to have more of. But talking to friends visiting and having personal conversations while you ignore the line is a bit much. Also, I’m a bit confused when items that they are advertising and pushing for that time of year are never available. Stocking up if they sell out is one thing. But going a week and not having a simple product (like cold brew) when it’s simple to make and a big product they sell and have person after person asking for it I would think you would order more or be stocked and ready.

Employees were extremely sweet! The first day we came to grab a drink on vacation, they were packed but those employees were working as hard as they could and were so sweet about it all. The second time, no line, super sweet again, and even tried the drink I fell in love with years ago. Per usual with grocery store/interior store Starbucks, you cannot redeem points while you were there but you are able to use your card and gain points.

Extremely slow service

The employees here make the best drinks. Every time I go to any other Starbucks when Im in springfield I am let down and realize how glad I am that I live near *this* starbucks! The employees are always really nice & get me in & out while providing excellent service!

The drinks are great. The customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are wonderful and others seem uninterested in the customers. I get better service at the drive thru Starbucks.

Ordered and paid for a hot mocha and went to go get a donut in the store while I thought my drink was being made and the lady decided to make the drink for the customer behind me before proceeding to make mine...this was a first ever anywhere...she did say good bye to the lady by name...Im guessing she was a friend.

Every time I’ve gone in there, the workers are unfriendly and never fail to make my order incorrectly.

Nice location, not very busy, with most of its out of town clientelle coming from Lamberts Cafe across the street. They dont stay open very late. Clean bathrooms and nice atmosphere. The bakery items didnt taste very fresh. Recommend getting the Starbucks app to order to avoid the lines.

Dont know how long theyre going to have it on menu but the Black & White is so good. I got it in frappacino form & it was delicious. Its a combination of mocha & white chocolate. Try it! You wont be disappointed.

The one time I went to prior to a Starbucks and get one of those over price very good though cup of coffee for five or six dollars it was good very good but I just cant justify spending that much money but every time I go in Price Cutter it smells wonderful theres always a line then theres you people shes quickly Brisa behind the bar is very very quick and they sell bacon search you like brownies and crumpets and stuff like that very very good A lot of people go there thats why theres so many of them.

Day 2 of the store not being opened. Not sure what is going on but so sad!

When we approached the Starbucks counter (10 minutes before closing) the lights were off.Ive asked the young lady if they were closed, she stated that I have 7 minutes if I know what I want!Ive been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time (Pikes Market, Europe, all over USA locations) and have never been treated in such manner.The latte was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

Sweet people and the drink was out real quick, and wonderfully made.

Love pikes place with half@ half and there cream cheese danish and lemon cake ! Yummy!!

Conveniently located inside a store, this franchise offers all of the things that Starbucks should, including staff that appear irritated you distracted them from whatever deep thoughts and existential crises they were considering. Also they sell coffee.
