I ordered doors 6 months ago. We spent near 4k on interior solid pine and a 42 with 2 sidelights fiberglass door. It would be 2 weeks Wayne said. A month later I called... they ordered the wrong size interior doors but had knotty pine on hand (I decided I like them better). Another month goes by and I finally get my door.. they put the wrong sidelights in. No problem Keith says (I believe Keith just hired his idiot brother as a favor), Ill have Wayne get matching ones. Wayne tried telling me that the company switched the design....no they didnt. Anyways, 5 months AFTER the request, I am still fighting for my sidelights. I conceded to the fact I have a metal door instead of fiberglass. I keep getting some BS excuse as to why the glass isnt on the truck this week.They have beautiful doors at great prices. If you want to save a few bucks and dont mind waiting or dealing with utter incompetence from Wayne, Norths is the way to go. If you want your door today...Go to any home improvement box store...you can still get custom doors through them too.

You wont find a better price, period. These guys are polite, professional and have the lowest price you can find anywhere. They beat the big box stores by more than 50%. They make their own door jams for the doors and they are mill shop quality. All one piece and 45 miters at the corners. They even framed a set of french doors i brought to them. A rare gem.

I guess the Craigslist ad he runs is a scam.Took my credit card number to hold to start working on my order for doors.Charged my card $2500.The last phone call we had,he was very short with me.Then no communication.No awnser from text message or phone calls.I am trying to buy doors for my house,I am building.Thought I had a legit company,but apparently not.Very disappointed.Should have known by cheaper prices advertised,that it was to good to be true.It sucks to have to deal with type of nonsense when your trying to build a house for your wife and children.
