I have an old Wedgewood stove and the oven never worked. Ive had a couple guys out over the years to look at it. R and B was the first to both get it working and explain to me exactly what went wrong and how to deal with it in future. Great service. Could not be more happy.

Nobody likes it when some big company gives you a service window of when they can squeeze you in. A one man show like RB APPLIANCE takes a play from them and treats you just like that. I was given a three hour (1-3 pm)window of when RB could come by. When I called to say I was delayed and wouldn’t be home till 1:45, boy was I in trouble! They weren’t sure if that was going to work for them.That’s what customer service is all about, right- what works for them- come on!After listening to “RB’s greatest hits” ( the un-asked-for verbal resumé of hot air) he said he was going to “let me” recycle the 3’x3’ cardboard box the part cane in, for him. Again, RB is taking a page out of the corporate handbook of nickel and dining the customer by letting me do his job for him— Pack it in, pack it out dude!
