I always find a few great pieces when I go here. The items brought in are good quality and the prices are fair. I love having this shop in our town.

I never ever participate in reviews but today is an exception. Had an appointment this morning and was very unkindly informed that I was early and to come back 11:00. She said her 10:30 app hadn’t arrived yet. On returning to my car I discovered it was 10:45. Hum…… considering you are the new owner I think a little kindness and respect would go a long way. I’ve been in several times since you have taken over-please work on your people skills

I am broken hearted. We have lost one of the all-time favorite, home-grown, mom and pop shops in Pacific Grove. It was there for so many years and, not only did it provide second hand, beautiful clothes at a reasonable price, but it had that small town feel. For sometime the hours have been inconsistent, the staff unfriendly and the spirit….all but gone. Once again, I am sad.

The lady in charge working there was RIDICULOUSLY rude. Her child had said the place was open so we walked in and then the lady got mad that we came in and started saying did someone just walk in? a few minutes ago? getting infuriated because we walked in at 3:21 because when we read the door it said they closed that day at 4pm and the door was unlocked. It was completely uncomfortable and unprofessional. We immediately felt unwelcomed in the store when it could have been handled in a much more professional matter. Needless to say, we will not be going in there ever again.

The best used clothing store in Monterey if you like nice things. I think they do have larger sizes but the good stuff is in the small sizes. Good, high quality, chic clothing. Not inexpensive but there’s a lot of 2nd hand items of designer clothing, purses, shoes, and accessories and they’re all in good shape so it’s worth it. The staff isn’t friendly nor particularly helpful. Go dressed up and coiffed. It makes a slight difference in how they interact with you.

I love this store! I always find something and usually more than one piece to take home with me. Nice shoes, too.

I have bought and sold items at this shop. It is set up nicely and more enjoyable to browse through than most thrift stores. It is fun to stop by and see whats new!

Extremely cute shop but equally extremely awful employee customer service for that matter. With an arm full of clothes, 2 pairs of shoes and a purse (all I was interested in buying). While I was helped into my dressing room by staff. They took that time to change the original purse price tag of $20 to $79. When we asked she replied Yes this purse is worth like $300.We took the higher road even after she kept on about how things get mistagged by her other employee.I didnt buy the purse based simply on principle but bought the arm of clothes because Im not a jerk like the employee was.

When I brought my much-loved beautiful clothes to this store, The Wardrobe in Pacific Grove,I might as well bid sadly goodbye to my clothes, because I was paid onlyfor very few and lost all the others. They are not responsible for my clothes (& yours too).Very sad goodbye to my much-loved clothes.I should have just kept them hanging in my closet instead of losing them.Very sad experience.

Staff is not very nice or accommodating. They have stopped taking Saturday appointments.

Fun finds, good music, wide range
