From the moment we sat across the table from Bernie and discussed our project for the first time we felt a sense of relief that our needs and financial concerns were not only completely understood, but that we now also had an advocate that would stand by our side through the entire process. We were not disappointed. Visions Design Center delivered exactly what they promised and ahead of schedule. We had an issue where our contractor made an error with a measurement of the opening for our entry door. Rather than place blame or avoid responsibility, Visions offered solutions that in the end added no additional cost to our project and got the job done! Visions continues to be our only option for our window and door needs!

Visions Design suggested, quoted and sold us $20,000 of new doors & hardware. A month After we had them painted and installed they bubbled, separated, and swelled shut after the 1st rain. I called visions to have them address the problem. They told me they are the wrong type of doors and will not be covered under any sort of warranty. What?!? They suggested them!! Now they won’t return a phone call or email. Terrible unreputable business. Go somewhere else!
