VERY AFFORDABLE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDI had a broken dryer for months. Tried to get it repaired but couldnt because the repair quotes from other appliance places were over $300. I went to Purchase Appliance to see if I can get a used dryer. The dryers there were very affordable to me. After telling the lady at the counter about my situation, she told me they also do repairs if I still wanted to repair the one I had. And before I knew it, they sent someone to my house, had my dryer repaired for $75.They were also very professional and respectful. If you dont have money to throw away, Purchase Appliance is the place to go.By the way, the also sell furniture

The prices are good, the employees are helpful. but my hardwood floors were scratched when they delivered my stack-able washer and dryer. I asked for them to fix the finish on my floor, it has been about a month and no sign of them wanting to help out with my floor that they scratched.

Bought a washer and dryer from them and paid over 900.00 and it didn’t work so I wanted my money back and never was told all sales are finale and only paid me back and they rude about yo money

Overpriced and outdated appliances as well as poor customer service. Bought a washer and dryer from them for $300. Had to buy all hoses and electrical supply cords separate so that was another $50 or so. Six months later decided to move and no longer needed it. I contacted them to see if they would buy it back at a decent price and they offered $75 for the set. I do not recommend doing business with them.

When buying from them I had a great experience. However, I called to find out how much they would buy a fridge I paid 300 for from them a month ago and was told they dont pay more than 30 dollars for the buy back. What I gathered from that information is... They are stingy and greedy and how can they sell a fridge for 300 and buy it back for 30 that is simple ripping people off. If you are getting such a good deal when buying appliances why wouldnt you at least do 50% back when buying back or not sell them for such a outrageous price.

Selection limited at times, but prices are usually pretty good.

I never give reviews on google, but I recently bought a car from here and the above and beyond service I received was Incredible! Bill did Way more than even every car lot Ive ever been to has done! I would highly recommend them for Any of the items they sell. From cars, boats, campers, washers, furniture, you name it. They are one the few honest used places left!

Responsive Customer service needs to be improved

I love Bill and everyone there. I bought all my appliances there and he has been super! Trust me Im raising 3 girls under the age of 12 with special needs we have not one extra dime to spare and this man has nothing but live of community and fairness.
