I needed copies of my mother art work. The staff in the print department was so knowledgeable! I think her name is Amy, awesome help!! Used white gloves to handle the art even. Spent lots of time with me, helped me understand the whole process.

I needed a piece of thin balsa wood and they had plenty in stock. They did however have a LOT of empty shelves. Im hoping they were just going through a reset and not a reduction in merchandise. In retail we know what happens after that. But, I must say, the associates were VERY professional, courteous, and downright kind. They made me want to start shopping there more. If the store IS going through a reset, I would recommend putting up a sign letting customers know so they dont develop negative thoughts.

I love Michaels, they have everything. Also the store is laid out and easy the navigate.

Finding the SUPER CHEAP clearance prices, while in this store, is like the best ever Easter Egg Hunt... but with Yarn! The prices arent labeled properly, which would make things easier. But, you can imagine my surprise when my $10 Caron Cotton Ripple Cakes, Baby Cakes, & Bernat Sheepy all rang up to $2.57 each! Spent $30 - Saved $85! AWESOME!

It was a nice craft store. Had almost everything you could think of. I wanted a scrapbook that had the pages in it already. O couldnt find any around so decided to try here since never been. But the prices OMG are high. I can get the samething online for half the price. I dont think will be spending much time driving out of the way to go

Get your crafty on here. Needed a frame for a puzzle, got one that was close. Place is pricey but if are patient you can find your bargains. Awesome alternative because I will NOT be going to Hobby Lobby again.

Lots of supplies - few empty shelves. Not a big deal for me. I was sorta disappointed to find a very low choice of felt - then I found another location in the store with a great variety. I was looking for yellow seed beads but did not find them. The young lady at the register was extremely helpful.

I love Michaels. We have to travel over an hour to get there but it is always worth the drive. The workers are nice... very friendly and helpful... the store is always so clean and organized well.

I went this morning and they were beyond helpful. Two of the ladies stocking shelves (i only caught ones name) marion and another blonde went above and beyond for me. Jean at the register was also very helpful. Great crew!!!!

Michaels has so many great crafty items including metallic and chalk paints in many colors and smaller containers compared to the big home improvement stores.

I am making roses for a wedding and ran out of my red air mist spray. I was able to look online before making the hour drive to make sure it was in stock. Whenever I need anything special like that, usually Michaels has it! I also love their discounts!

I love this place! Whatever you like to do, paint, make jewelry, soap, candles, baking, or if your like me and you do all kinds of weird things, this is where you will find what you need. Quality acrylic paints, loose broken sea glass, wreaths, I cant go in this place alone or I will drain my bank account lol

July 10th at 4:36 pm an associate came up to my mother and I and said because of the KY governor’s new mask requirement, ‪at 5 pm‬, we needed to wear a mask. We said ok. A minute later another associate came up to us and starting  saying the same thing as the last associate. We told her we knew and that another associate just told us. She then preceded to cut us off and asked if we had masks. I said yes. Before my mother could answer, the associate then demanded us to put masks on at that moment, not being ‪5 pm‬ yet. She was rude and hostile from the moment she approached us. We decided not to buy anything and left. Several other people were also in the store without masks and she never approached them. I am not from KY and was not aware about this new law. I have no problem wearing a mask but as adults she spoke to us as if we were children. I wish corporate would address this kind of behavior.

Nice clean store, everything youd expect from a craft store. I only have it 4 stars since the purpose of my visit was for airbrush supplies. I know no place can carry everything & they did have a lot of stuff. Dont go there looking for airbrush supplies, they had one airbrush & only a couple sets of paints, they were somewhat overpriced on them also. I understand that may not be a good area to have much of a line in that type of art.

Compared to Hobby Lobby, Michaels is just kinda...meh to me. I absolutely love their Halloween decor though: the skulls, skeletons, palmistry, and apothecary items are awesome! Not many other places have decor like that so its the reason I stop by many times during the fall. Theyre pretty pricey though so I rarely buy much at once, and what I do buy I always use the 40 or 50% off coupons.

Very nice store and clean. The reason Im given it a 5 is because of the sales lady working the frame department. She actually took me to the item i asked about how i was going to use it and explain the difference between the five different ones on the wall and came to conclusion to the one that I needed. Which was not even in her department. was there around 2pm. 8-31-18

Love me a good craft store especially one with easy to find 40% off coupons not as many fine art supplies such as high quality pigment paints or brushes but they have most of what you need to do the project and then some look into buy online and pick up in store, they usually have additional % off for these orders and you wont spend too much time browsing the store this way nor have to wait at checkout where the lines tend to be long

They have a really diverse selection at reasonable prices. I love Michaels! The only critique is they put sale signs beside different items so you dont know if youre getting the sale until you check out.

All the staff have been wonderful and I enjoy going here. However, the yarn selection is disappointing. I cant always afford to get all the yarn I need to make blankets, so Ill get a few and when I come back the following month, that yarn has always been gone. I know some of it is just bad luck, but it would be great to see more selection that sticks around for a while! Also, the Silhouette section is next to nil... Very disappointing.

Everything is always so neat and organized! You know where to go when looking for something crafty! The sales are always great when they have them! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely the most terrible place to work,The management is terrible. If you have no experience in retail the mangers don’t want to hear it,they expect you to instantly know what you’re doing without any bit of training you.

So many great things that really inspire you to decorate and create. The right side of the store is mostly decor and the right side is full of craft supplies. They even have framing services and any holiday supplies you could need.

The kids workshops on Saturdays are so adorable. My 5 year old Nephew loves them. The instructor, Heather, is wonderful with the kids. Its only $2.00...much cheaper than buying supplies yourself.
