So... Did you guys get Audited?? I live in Utah and bought a RZR from you back in 2018 and received a certified letter yesterday from the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Revenue stating that I would need to prove that I paid Taxes to my state (I did.. thank god) or they were going to seize $1700 from me. I got it all cleared up but are you guys really hurting for money so bad in Kentucky that you have to resort to stuff like this? Im not accustomed to being put on the spot for purchases I made almost FOUR YEARS AGO. An Audit is the only thing I could think of that would explain something like this. Beware fellow out-of-state buyers.. Hopefully you all paid your taxes or Kentucky is gonna come for you. 🙄

Got a decent deal on some wheels and tires. It was 20 minutes till closed the service department stayed and mounted the beadlocks.

Oh! Wow! This looks like lots of fun to be able to drive one of these but to own one have your roll ready cause they are not cheap. Sales men are very nice and are very good at what they do. I was mesmerized by the way they talk about the equipment they are selling.

I purchased a 900 Ranger with options last year and was treated fair and with respect. Went back this week for service. The parts department and service department both treated me well and I was pleased. I mentioned upgrading to a new machine and they referred me to sales personnel. He made no attempt 2 be genuine or sincere instead portrayed that I was the perfect definition of dumb since I was just now coming in for my first service on this machine. He then made me a lowball offer on trade which was fine, but his attitude was a complete turn off.

They discontinue the benton Polaris of benton for moped and move it to Paducah which is American powers ports of Paducah then they say they dont do it either so what good are you. You should be called 4×4 sports not American power sports not I have to deal with chase motor sports and pay $98 an hour for work not including the storage fee which will cost me an arm an a leg. American power sports of Paducah was amazing for working on mopeds when it was in benton KY now its a joke. Wont bother recommending anyone else to here ill just send them to chase motor sports .

I bought a used tire from them and because it was the only place that had the tire, he told me it was new. The tire had so much wear on it that I took it to get it mounted and the guy told me that it maybe no good once I ride it down the road. I told the dealer was it used and he swore it was new. I got screwed.

Went in American power sports today and had to leave cause I got no service. I had two salesman start to help me and both times before they got me the info I wanted on a Polaris they just started talking to someone else like they thought I was a waste of time and the tall bald headed one was extremely rude.

I went with my husband because we are interested in purchasing a slingshot. It seemed to be more of a priority to talk to each other than assist us with a potential purchase. When we were finally approached, we told that person why we were there. Long story short, we showed ourselves around, turned a fee keys off and on, grabbed a pamphlet and decided to take our business to a dealership that is more customer minded.

He was very prompt to help as well as other associates close by. He gave me a good deal and included a much needed helmet so I didnt have to by one. He loaded it for me and was very knowledgeable about the four wheeler he was selling. He made me feel that he was being upfront and honest about what was going on with the previous owner. I also seen a recent hire of yours named Larry fields which sold me a harley back in November which I feel will be a great asset to the company. I will definitely be stopping in again. Interesting place to visit

Walked around parking lot looking to buy no one bothered to come outside. So I walked inside, was not greeted by the front desk. Made a lap around the store and not one employee spoke a word or asked if I needed anything.

Showroom was excellent, staff didnt attempt to engage while shopping around. Ultimately, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Ive been there twice. Got charged a enormous amount for a 40 dollar oil change, then was laughed at about it when I ask, was told its all about the name! Thats not to funny to a working man!, the check eng light was on when I left that wasnt before, ask to have it greased when serviced but not sure it was because it squeaked after I left, went in today for what I was told to be a 15 min seatbelt recall took 1 and a half hours, ask them to check into the check eng light guess the didnt because its still on and was told nothing, fir what these slingshots cost you would think it would be better.

This place is a joke. My wife an I went in on a Saturday about 11:00 am was looking to by a new canam atv. We walked the showroom an looked at several units. We were 2 of only 4 customers in the place. Couldnt even get anybody to wait on us or even acknologe we were there. After 20 minutes we walked out the door an nobody there seem to care. So I now own a brand new honda.
