Called Ben with an issue. He said to come on up and he would get me into shop. Arrived and was inside shop with a mechanic within 2 minutes. Got an honest assessment about issue and problem was fixed. It was an engine piston cooling oil command module that was unplugged while replacing the starter two days prior at another shop. I had not noticed it when I inspected the starter. Throwing codes up to Illinois. They COULD have told me to replace it, charged me 1000 bucks and just plugged old one in. Instead, plugged it in and didnt charge me for that particular issue. Anyway...honest mechanic and good customer service. If you have issues with your truck and you can make it to Carbondale Il....these guys are trustworthy.
