Ordered some tires for a big truck needing 10 ply tires. They ordered 6 ply. My wife returned them and them were rude to her and told her she should have ordered the correct ones and told her all LT tires are 6 ply. I am sure they man knows better working in the tire center, because the tire on my truck are LTs and are 10 ply. No more tires for me from walmart

I always shop around for the best price, especially when it comes to auto maintenance.I called to simply find out how much it would cost for balance and rotation. I was on hold for a total of 34 minutes in order to find out the simple question. Finally I asked for a manager and after another seven minutes, finally told me what the price was. What aggravates me most is that I pointed out to the manager the fact that I’ve been on hold for 34 minutes she did Not apologize or empathize with the dilemma that they caused me with an excessive wait time. I hope you all have better luck than me - next time I will google instead of using a phone! After that kind of wait they should have offered me a discount!!!!

Fabulous service! I ran over a nail while driving to Missouri. I called the Walmart Auto place and the man was able to calm me down! Bill was very helpful and Joey was able to fix the tire to brand new! The service was relatively quick! I would absolutely recommend this tire place!
We came out to a flat tire after staying the night in Paducah on a road trip. Drove it up to Wal-Mart tire center, and they got us in right away with a new tire. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and professional, and they took care of us quickly! New tire works great!
Called to get a quote for tire installation. Someone finally picked up after the phone rang for over a minute, put me on hold, and hung up on me 30 seconds later. Called back, phone rang for about the same amount of time. The same lady picked up, and transferred me to some line that rang for over five full minutes before I was hung up on for a second time. Take your business to a place without lazy, apathetic employees.
Its just that, my vehicle takes expensive oil anyway, and when you spend a certain amount they throw in so called bonusesIf your going to vacuum a car, move the seats foward and vacuum under them. I assume the employees have enough commen sense to do this with their own vehicles while cleaning.I realize this is kind of petty, but I spent almost 50 dollars...It would have only added sixty extra seconds to do this.The customer service on the other hand was good. I have nothing negative to say about that.Also, it was a fast experience. Maybe 45 minutes in total spent. I would have preferred tp wait 46 to have my car cleaned properly.
I had a bolt in my tire on a Sunday and they fixed it quickly.... Im glad they were open on Sunday.
Went in for an oil change. They said they broke the tool and couldnt do it. I wanted a headlight restored. And headlights replaced. Said it would be half hour. I went back after work a couple hours later. They didnt do anything. The guy never wrote me up for a headlight restored and said that I had the wrong lights to be replaced. No call or nothing about it. All the guy said was, my bad horrible service. When I went in to see what was g oin on. They made it look like it was my fault.. not friendly customer service either. Horrible horrible.
Waited forever for someone to come to the front desk only to find out they dont set appointments for having tires installed.
Was waiting for 20 min and several employees walked by at the auto service area without even acknowledging me.
