Super friendly staff! Parts I needed were in stock and at a great price!

I bought my son a bike from bike world 3 years ago. Theyve always treated us great, and kept the bike in working condition for us. Hes outgrown that bike so we stopped by to see what they had in stock recently. We ended up finding a small framed mountain bike for him, then I found a large framed trek that I couldnt do without, so they got a 2 for 1 deal. Gregory was a great salesman, and even helped pull the wheels off the bikes and stuff them in the back of our camaro... Great people, great bike shop!

Super Impressed with this place and staff, professional, courteous and was all to willing to help out. I swapped out a set of high rise handlebars on a cruiser, I couldnt find a long enough rear brake cable, I walked in and had one in my hand in minutes. Ill definitely shop here again.

My friend and I rented bikes from here for about 4 hours. Nice people, easy process to book bikes over the phone and price was good. The bikes were cleaned just before we arrived and they had them out and ready for us. They gave us helmets, bags for the bikes and a lesson before we started (how to change gears and such). Great experience.

I made a Facebook post in a local bike group and happened to come across Austin. He pulled the bike for me to try out before I could even call the store the following morning. There were no string attached and I didn’t have to put down a deposit in case the bike didn’t work out. When I got to the store all the employees were super friendly. Buying a bike from Bike World was a breeze and a great experience!

I was looking for a new fitness quest to participate in with my girlfriend. She’s an experienced bicyclist and needed a new upgrade from her ages-old mountain bike. I haven’t owned a bike in years and bicycle technology has changed tremendously since I last owned one. Austin was particularly patient and helpful, answering all our questions and making solid recommendations. He had numerous helpful suggestions about both bikes and where to ride them. We love our new Trek Dual Sport hybrids! Our first group ride started at Bike World and was a blast! Thank you!

They fixed our bike after damaged by a stick getting stuck in the wheel, putting a kickstand on, and tightened the brakes. All were done same day! They were friendly and helpful.

Totally delighted with my experience here....Hutch found me the bike I wanted with an awesome leadtime and helped me with the packing and shipment of my old bike. I was looking online at bikes and studied my options for many weeks. The Giant bike I ordered was by far the best value. Buying local is a big plus as Hutch verified the frame size selection in person, it will be completely assembled, fitted to my ride position, and ready to roll when I get it. I know that Bike World will stand behind the bike for a long time. Hutch and Martha do a lot of community work and deserve our support.

I had some tubeless tires and a new cable for my derailer installed on my bike. When they were finished with my bike, it rode great! Thanks to Gregg, who helped me, and got it fixed by the next morning, which was earlier than expected! 10/10

Great service from a locally owned bike shop !!

Bike World goes out of their way to help cyclists of all skill levels. The owners and staff exhibit excellent customer service, helping parents with tips on teaching children how to ride a bike to setting you up with all your cycling needs. I recently had my 3rd flat in less than a month on my road bike. They had me back riding within minutes each time and helped me to troubleshoot any problems. The 3rd time they went way beyond excellence in customer service by having a staff member meet me in town where I was stranded and fixed my flat on the spot! This was even right at closing time. So grateful for Martha, Hutch, Alex and all of the Bike World staff for all they do to support our cycling community!

A first rate bike shop!! My wife and I were enroute to Taos, NMfrom the North Carolina mountains, when my bike rack failed. We almost lost my wifes high end carbon fiber mountain bike. My wife called the nearest bike shop, which was Bike World, Paducah, KY. They quickly told us what racks they stocked. We proceeded to the shop and were met by the owners, which quickly installed our new Kuuat Sherpa, which is an outstanding bike rack. The whole process was painless! Thank-you very much for the first rate friendly and efficient service. I have been riding road and mountain bikes for over 40 years and have not been to a better shop. I highly recommend this shop!

I haven’t road a bike in years and even then I didn’t know much on what I actually needed. After doing research on what I thought I needed, I started reading reviews on various bike shops and after readying the reviews of bike world I decided to give them a call. Talking to Martha, she asked what kind of riding I was planning on doing and if I had a general idea of what kind of bike I was looking for. After listening to the riding I was planning on doing she sent me different options that I had not looked at and included the bike that I was looking at to compare before making the hour drive to the store. Once I arrived at the store, Martha and Zach were very knowledgeable, courteous, and not once tried to up sell or push me beyond what I was needing or wanting. They graciously let me test ride multiple bikes to find that perfect one, a bike that was not even on my radar when I was l searching different bicycles. Due to their ability to listen to the customer, their knowledge of all the different bicycles, and their patience and care to help the customer find that perfect bicycle, I came home with a bike that I absolutely love.

Customer friendly, fairly priced bikes and support equipment, and very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately the Covid pandemic may limit getting to know the owners, so easily done in the past.

This is the only place I would go for anything related to cycling. Not only is the stock varied and hand-selected, but the staff is warm, patient and willing to go the extra mile (or more) to make sure their guests are happy. My daughter learned to ride a bike here, and Ill always be grateful to the Bike World team for making it such a memorable and easy experience.

First visit. This shop is so well organized. I went in to window shop and left with several new riding jerseys, new pedals and other misc. Items. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. Recommend all local riders visit. Support your local bike shops. They are becoming a rarity.

They helped me choose the accessories I needed and installed them for me, they made sure I knew how to install the trunk rack on my vehicle, great experience all around. I bought a new bike today. Noah was very helpful. He pulled the bicycles I was interested in, adjusted the seat for me so I could test ride them in the parking lot. Once I chose my bike he helped me with the accessories. Meanwhile my husband was in the service department asking about parts for his bike and that young man was just as helpful.(sorry I didnt get his name) Both young men were very knowledgeable. The bicycles are great quality(thats a given) and the service is just as great! Looking forward to putting many miles on my new bike.

The staff is amazing! Greg helped me on a Project One Fuel 9.8 and he actually talked me out of an XL, soooo glad he did!!! Extremely happy with my purchase! I’ve known the owners my whole life and they have always been very involved with the community and go out of their way to help everyone they can. From fund drives, to education on proper riding, they always have the want to help attitude!

I was passing through town and the staff worked my son’s bike repair into their busy schedule. They helped me shop for a bike although it was closing time.The next day they helped my son learn how to ride his first gear/hand break bike, and talked to me about the options for a bike rack.Everyone was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I might drive back to Paducah just to shop with them in the future. Such a great experience.

Bike World Rocks! I set up a bike rental on line with Bike World in advance of a visit to Paducah, KY. The owner Hutch, his wife, and his entire staff were super help full during the whole process. When I went to pick up the bike it was a nice new Trek road bike complete with a water bottle, tube, and repair kit. Hutch took the time to find out what type of rides I wanted to do and gave me a map with three routes marked out. The routes were clearly marked out on the pavement as I traversed the hills of western KY. Bike World knows how to provide great customer service. I will rent bikes from them on future trips.

My brother & I were stuck on Tunnel Hill Bike Trail in Southern Illinois @ 8:30am on a Saturday with a flat tire & no tools. I googled Bike Repair Stores Near Me and 7 place showed. I called numerous numbers with very little help & assistance, until I called Bike World & Fitness. The voicemail offered Hutchs cell phone number for emergencies. Hutch promptly called back, informing me, he too, was on a bike ride, far from his store. Rest assured, he said if I showed up at his store @ opening time, there, in deed, would be a helpful, friendly staff to assist us. After driving the 27 miles to Paducah from Southern Illinois, we were greeted by the friendliest & most helpful staff that two helpless bikers would want to see. Within 30 minutes, we were repaired and on our way. I enjoyed the experience so much, I even bought a pair of riding gloves and gave the tech a $5.00 tip for his awesome service. Highly recommend.
