We had our boat looked at for a loss of fluid. South side determined it was the seals and rods leaking. We paid for labor, all new seals and rods along with fluid replacement. Took the boat out on the very first run notice we had the same problem it appeared we had lost fluid. Took the boat back and asked for them to determine the problem. They then replaced the entire unit that was found to have a fracture and leaking fluid. So with out communicating to us the problem south side decided to replaced the whole unit with a used unit and charge us 1/2 the price than what a new unit would cost made us feel they were doing us a favor. Essentially, we paid twice for the unit since the new “used” unit comes with all the rods and seals that we had paid for previously paid for and received a used piece. They didn’t not communicate when the boat was completed and ready for pick up. Personal at the shop was not a pleasant interaction, you have to find them in the shop at which point you then feel as if you’re bothering them. Communication is lacking they don’t call you. Pleasantries seem to be out the door. Our company and affiliates will not be using their services again.

Excellent quality and service

Paid for winterization and service with filters. Later discovered that the filters had not been changed at all, and the oil looked like it was never changed either. Not cool guys, very disappointed.
