I haven’t actually gotten anything done here. I never will either. I found this place by searching for APP certified piercers. Just because you’re APP certified doesn’t mean you know what you’re doing. I contacted this place to ask about a piercing after I had done some research and when I asked for the price for this piercing (Nasallang) I was told I needed to have two separate nostril piercings for this look. The piercing is one single bar through the entire nose. I even contacted a reputable shop in Nashville I used to go when I lived in the area to double check and make sure of the placement. They informed that I was correct and it is one single piercing because if you do two separate piercings it will not line up correctly after healing due to migration and such. And if you want a Nasallang it has to be pierced connected. Just a reminder to do your research before you trust people to pierce your body.

Thus place is very clean and has a wonderful selection of jewelry! Austin did AMAZING on my daith.

I went here to get some new jewelry, as well as a new piercing. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and patient! The piercing process extremely quick and I felt very comfortable there. Austin pierced my septum and I barely felt a thing. Spire is clean, well decorated, and cozy. The shop might be small but its filled with top notch people and beautiful jewelry. The only problem youll have is staying in your budget with all the beautiful pieces available in the display case. Both Austin and his apprentice were wonderful while my sister and I were there.

I got my first piercing here, which was the conch piercing. I wanted the industrial but they ended up telling me I couldnt get it because of the shape and size of my ear, which was of course disappointing but I would rather them do that then make me pay for something that isnt going to work out in the long run. Both workers were extremely kind and helpful with everything from figuring out what I wanted to keeping me from freaking out during the actual piercing. This is an amazing place and I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future!!

At first glace this shop is quite charming! Austin is good at conducting piercings and installing them! The shop also carries BVLA wich is a really nice brand that most shops do not have! My first impression was okay I went in and bought a 1,500 dollar peace he installed it only thing I didnt like is he didnt get my name right continuously and never got it right. The reason Im giving this shop a one star is because recently it has come to my attention that some of his clients have been getting under the mask piercings and that is specifically prohibited in the state of kentucky right now! He is an APP member and theres nothing more I hate than an unprofessional piercer who dosent even follow his own guidlines you clearly only care about money and not the safety of your own clients!

What a great experience. Im new to piercings, afraid of needles, and have a history of fainting while giving blood. Austin took the time to talk me through everything and answered all my questions. It was less painful than I expected and truly better than I feared.
