This place has so much more to it then just books. Bought a transformer there myself. Highly recommend paying it a visit and checking it out for yourself. Also,they have a coffee shop there inside the store. Decent coffee as well.

Super clean and friendly service. These places seem to be a dying breed...unfortunately. Nothing quite as nice as going to a good book store and browsing the aisles for the latest and greatest books and topics. I would highly recommend this one as it is very convenient and sell laid out.

Lots and lots of books and gifts and Joe Muggs is great too. Nice little sitting area. Quiet, hidden gem.

Pros: Coffee.The staff are quick to help, look up, and/or order what they dont have in stock.Theres a wide selection of products all in their own categories.Wheeled bookshelves and tables of products on sale in, and outside of the store. I do love discounts and sales!Cons: The disorganization is a bit confusing.Theres nothing in alphabetical order, by title or author, and the genres are scattered around, so you have to walk around through whole store just to make sense of it all.It has the look and feel of a B&N knock off.Theres nothing that really sets it apart from any other B&N.

Management is rude and terrible. Wouldnt help me find a book. Told me they were sold out of that book without even checking. I found about 8 copies at the end of the isle. Id rather get free shipping on Amazon at a much cheaper price. Really wish Barnes & Noble was in our area.

They are trying to stay current with what people are interested in so its always fun to drop in and see.

I can always find something to take home. Staff is friendly and courteous. The store is clean and the aisles are comfortable to share with others.

First time Ordering online for books. Went to pick them up a few minutes later and the gentleman at the front counter was was friendly and helpful. He gathered up my order quickly and even suggested another series for us to read in the future. Excellent job!

I love books a million, they always have a large, impressive variety of books and many other amazing products for all of your book type needs. Has that new book smell. Well organized, and easy to navigate to find what you need. Face masks required. Try the coffee shop, its pretty good as well.

It was a good experience but their outside sale wasnt clear and there was only one bench to sit on inside and, with Covid, I needed to sit but couldnt share it as a man was sitting in the middle. There used to be more benches.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Well stocked location. Plenty of variety and selection. Awesome t shirts. Very cool gifts. Excellent coffee shop (Joe Mugg). The barista was funny kind and personable. Truly a 5 star experience!

Books-A-Million is a great place to go. They have a little of everything. Toys, books and delicious Joes coffee. Nice place to relax and get your zen on.

We were in town and went here. This BAM was HUGE compared to our local one in PA.

Not the best books a million but they will have your title if its popular. Others in larger cities have alot more choice. But I could still spend hours in there.

Very hard to find a book in its section...i.e. There is no order to them.

Went to go at around 7:02 and they were closed and it says 9:00 on the website but I love the selection of books just wish they would change the hours so I don’t waste my time

Was told my membership was due. 1/21. I Asked when was the last time I renewed it? They Danced around that info and only said it was due since nov2020.? Looked at my account and thats when I renewed. What a rip off.I like the membership and recommend it, but chasiers wont answer or cant answer this simple question.

Not very diverse but 50/50 youll find what youre looking for.

Prices are way too expensive. Nice to walk around and look, but to actually purchase the books I wanted was impossible. Its a shame when someone wants to read, chances are they cant afford it. As a Society we wonder why our children get into other things. Well parents cant afford to occupy their children with healthy alternatives. Shameful that A BOOK is 30.00

I really enjoy going here for the selection of books. But unfortunately it looks like the trend of reading printed books seems to have been declining for a really long time. Or maybe it is just in my preferred section (Sci-fi Fantasy). The selection is really small, in store, compared to past visits.

The store offered pretty good sales,friendly staff and a quick checkout process.

Usually dont have what Im looking for, so they have to order it online...which I could do and just save a trip. Also, the store is disorganized and generally messy. 2 stars because I like the coffee shop that is connected.

Love this book store. Never know what kind of treasure youll find. I found several books that you cant just find anywhere. The employees are super helpful and friendly. I live in Sikeston,Missouri. So whenever we get a chance to stop at Books A Million I love to look around. The shelves are very neatly kept. They always have hard to find new items.

I love the feeling here. Its like home, but sweeter. Its organization of books and placement was so aesthetically pleasing and I just cant leave without looking at every isle! 12/10, highly recommend.

Neat place, not too pricey either. Staff is pretty unprofessional, sitting on the check out counter and treating the store like a high school lunch room. Wish I got paid to asit around and flirt all day. Also, I really would prefer your butt not be where I have to place my merchandise. Its just incredibly distusgting.

Good selection of books found some great reads. Nice to have a traditional book store around. Check out girl was a little snippy and not very nice and no one on the floor to ask questions to so took longer to find what I wanted.

The disorganization of this store is unreal! Books are everywhere and appear to be in no type of order. I asked for help finding a book and the clerk said she had no idea Id have to just look around. I heard two other people as for help from different employees and they were told the same thing. The had a huge selection of books of why they got 2 stars otherwise it would have been a 1 star for their bad customer service and disorganization.

A great reasonable priced book store. They had a ton of different sections of topics. My daughter who is 7 had never been to a book store before . We gave her 10.00 to spend. She found a GIANT section of clearance books, and spent at least 1 hr making her choices. She was able to get 5 books with her money . She was so happy.

It was a great bookstore. I loved all the extras like signs, magnets and posters and such. I also liked that there were both used and new books. If Im in Kentucky again, Id come back to visit.

I come here a lot because its the closest bookstore to Murray. I enjoy it there a lot. Good service. I do wish they had a section dedicated to fantasy or horror like Barnes and Noble instead of throwing ALL fiction books together. Theres so many different fictions... I dont like to have to sift through so much when Im looking for a specific genre.

I brought my teen daughter in to my a series she was interested in and purchase a Bible. She was unable to locate the series. She went to the counter and inquired about getting assistance. The young man behind the counter pointed and told her it was over there and trying looking under the author. .My husband told the man it would be nice if he could help as 3 of us were unable to find this series.A girl behind the counter came out and said he was unable to assist since he was not clocked in and if we followed his instructions and looked we would see it. She grabs one of the books and says see. Very unprofessional, rude and an unpleasant ...extremely disappointed.

Great store, this was my first visit here and I loved it. The staff were nice and they had a great selection on books, movies and collectibles.

Pricier than Amazon, but so nice to have a place that you can actually handle a real book! Nice coffee shop with indoor & outdoor seating. Open later than other stores, so you can sit down & enjoy a decaf. latte before heading home after shopping!

Looking around is always fun. Staff is well versed & really pleasant. Happy to say my granddaughter loves to read & BAM is rapidly becoming our hangout!!
