I needed some building materials today and decided to shop local. When I walked in, it was quickly apparent no one on the staff were wearing masks...nothing. Considering their common place use now, I was shocked. I did an about face and walked out. If a business does not care about the health of their customers or employees, they do not need my patronage. I then visited Hanks Hardware, Lowes, and Home Depot and found the staff appropriately masked. So...so much for local.

This place is great even though I have never been there yet. Having a house remodeled down there and Travis has been wonderful getting the workers the supplies they need. Very friendly, professional, and reasonable prices. Thank you for your help Travis being 6 hrs away you have made this a smooth process.

Piss poor customer service!!! Called two weeks prior asking questions and getting pricing, was told just show up and they’d take care of me.Due to nature of order it could not be cut till I arrived and paid, no problem. Showed up today and was told be a few hours before I could pick up. It was ten simple cuts in half could have brought my own saw and did it myself but was told no they’d do it and I’d be out in no time.Did I mention I drove an hour and a half with a four year old to pick up the material? Wouldn’t have been a problem but the guys attitude was basically well we don’t need your business. Damn shame cause I own a cabin business and would have had multiple orders in the future. Customer service is everything!!!!! I’ll let all my builders and friends know they don’t give a damn about customer service only the dollar!!

EXTREMELY HELPFUL!I am in the middle of building a 4x8 play table for my children, and this is my first time building anything like this by myself.They were VERY HELPFUL, POLITE and PATIENT, and answered all of my questions directly, quickly, and completely.(Which if youve EVER tried to DIY youll understand how nice it is to not be talked to like youre an idiot for wanting to do the work yourself!)VERY PLEASEDI will continue to buy from them for all my projects from now on.
