Ashley at the Southside location is a great, friendly, sociable, and very helping lady. She took the time to help me and talk to me about various different things. Then she dug through baggies for me for about 10 minutes trying to find the right one for me, while I was being picky about which ones I wanted. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Its a good environment in there with Ashley around!!!

Very interesting shop! First of all, this store is locally owned and operated. Second, they have such a wide variety of merchandise. I noticed posters, incense, tobacco merchandise (pipes, papers, almost anything you can think of), kratom and other supplements, and unique gift items. If you havent been inside this store you are missing out!!!

Terrible customer service....made a purchase on something I didnt know much. Instead of asking me about my needs, wants, or expectations for the product where they offered 0 help. I went ahead and got an item I thought would work. Turns out the product was not what I was looking for. Once I realized that, I went back to the store the next day (with receipt) to see if I could make an exchange and purchase something else (also cost more than what I previously bought.) The guy who was there running the store seemed to care less about me wanting to exchange it, my dissatisfaction with the original product, and offered no solutions. So I ended up just buying the item I needed and wanted, because they refused to do anything to help resolve my issue. Thanks for nothing.....buying online from here on out. At least you dont get price gouged, can actually get better help from a website, and you can actually make returns when possible. Customer service is simple this place just doesnt know how to deliver it.

Well, I want to rate the place much higher but I was way overcharged for my purchases today and it was my first visit in. Will rereview and edit this rating when I hear back from someone about the 20 dollars they owe me. The clerks were friendly and knowmedgeable about things I asked about. Helpful and kind. The selection of products was not very large, especially the tapestries which are the reason me and my daughter came in this morning. Puff and stuff used to have a great selection of wall hangings and tapestries... What happened?? I would guess its a 50/50 chance every time that you get out with the right final price. Those odds leave me shopping elsewhere until the issue is resolved. Love and light.

Terrible customer service you better do all the research about every product youre interested in because the sales associates will not ask probing questions to see if you are getting what you want or meets your needs. Better hope you dont buy anything defective either because you are stuck with it.

The owner and staff of this establishment are knowledgeable, professional, and help you feel rt at home. Carrying many different items, from clothing to home decor to your smoking apparatuses, they have you covered. You do not need to be interested in alternative lifestyle or even be a smoker to enjoy this store! Check them out, you will be glad you did and I bet you see something that puts a grin on your face and at least goes on a wish list if not home with you.

Wonderful and helpful staff. The employee Becca and co-owner made me feel like family, comfortable enough to confide in them. I walked in for a vape cartridge, and walked out with natural herbs to help my anxiety 😇🤗. I along with may others silently struggle with the same issues, and am so grateful for their insight and help. Highly recomend and will be going back.

I stopped here to get some kratom. As a truck driver it is hard to find kratom at a shop that has truck parking...let alone places still being open with this virus going around. I called them about an hour prior to arrivin . Guy on the phone was friendly and welcomed me to come on in and even told me where to park. Greeted me at the door as soon as I got there . A+ shop. Wish other places were like this shop...trucker friendly. Thank you for being so awesome to truck drivers. Veteran friendly as well. Thank you thank you!!

Not only the only local place to go for all your smoking needs but they have a nice variety of products and a decent selection of various pieces, along with the accessories to go with them. They also have a decent selection of non smoking related products like posters and novelties. Reasonable prices as well.

Overpriced. They definitely realize theyre located in Paducah,KY. That said, decent selection, nice people, would return, knowing Im going to overpay for something Id rather not have to drive somewhere else to save $10-$20. Also 10% surcharge on debit cards is steep, its 2018.

Went for kratom and the sales girl was very helpful in answering our questions. The kratom seemed to be old, probably because they dont sell it fast enough.
