Absolute class. Doors wide open, and as soon as I walk in a dude sitting on a leather couch calmly puts out his cigar, walks up to me, and starts attending. I knew I would leave buying at least one cigar, but I felt very comfortable in this store. I bought a box to hold my cigars, a cigar (of course), a single humidifier, and a classy 4-flame torch with built-in cigar cutter.I’m moving back to Chicago this summer, but THIS is my new cigar place.

I am not familiar with cigars and mentioned that to the owner. I gave him a budget and said to chose a few things that a cigar smoker would enjoy. He did this and my husband loved everything chosen! Great experience all around!

Upscale charming establishment in historic part of Paducah. Staff professional and greeted me on arrival and followed me into humidor. Asked questions to help shape their recommendations. They were quite knowledgeable regarding their offerings. Not much space to sit to enjoy one of my purchases. Not sure if the gentleman was from New Jersey or NYC, but was rather abrupt at times in the conversation. Overall, a very nice store to briefly linger, find a stick you’ve never tried, and move on.

Unfortunately, my experience at this shop was the same as others: decent cigar selection (thus, the 2 star review), however the owner acted as if we were keeping him from other more important business (whats more important than a customer?), was mildly condescending in answering our questions & while I was in the humidor, hovered over me, ready to snatch the cigars out of my hands that he was sure I would be stuffing into my pockets by the bundle. I wont be back.

The place to go weather you are a long time cigar expert or a rookie just learning the wonderful world of cigars. The staff takes the time to explain everything to you and loves to teach you all about cigars. Definitely on the must visit list for anyone that loves Cigars.

Nice selection, friendly, and very old school feeling. Does not stay open very late so not so good for the after dinner cigar.

Was very disappointed to make the trip down and for the store to be closed with paper over the windows. Someone said they heard they were doing renovations. I was extremely disappointed that there was no information about this posted anywhere. Not sure if they are renovating or are closed down.
