Editing my review from 2 stars to 4. Only because I called and they replaced my order with no hassle and the replacement was very good and made the right way!- - -Got a Carmel Ribbon crunch Frappuccino, I asked for 2 extra pumps of caramel blended in because I like it a bit sweeter then how they make it. It doesnt even taste like they added in anything at all, literally taste like you put milk in a blender with ice. And typically it comes with whipped cream and caramel at the bottom and it didnt have that either. Waited in like for 30 minutes for a disappointing drink..
Was turned away 30 minutes before closing.

This location is a hot mess. You put in a mobile order and get completely ignored. Whats the point? Dont bother. Go in and order. Youll get served faster. We had our food go cold waiting on drinks while walk in customers were served first. They push mobile ordering, why? Giving them the extra time and heads up on your order only hurts you.
Stopped off the interstate during a roadtrip for a coffee. Was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. These ladies were moving like a well oiled machine. Decided to go inside because the DT line was long but while I waited for my drink I noticed the line moving so quickly. Very impressed. Also my coffee was perfect
I go here almost daily and always have a good experience. They always have my order correct.
Great people working here. Super helpful and love seeing them in morning. They will do anything to help. Great quality drinks. Just dont use drive thru. It has extremely long waits but very fast with inside pick up.
After driving for hours i stopped here to pick up a coffee and a sandwich for later. I asked for the sandwich to be cold and left in the plastic as I was going to have it later. I was really disappointed that the staff told me they couldnt do that. It was a really disappointing experience.
The staff was very friendly and the coffee is really good. I think that Starbucks needs a bigger building or drive thru to handle the traffic. Their current spot is kind of compact.
Service was great. Drinks were awesome. My lid wasnt put on all the way and tea with milk got all over my shirt. Drive thru is weird. It took me a minute to figure it out. If you are pulling a trailer do not pull around to the front. Park in back.
Coffee is always good here. Im addicted to the iced caramel machiato.

They almost always have a line in their drive thru, but in my experience, they still move the line at a [fairly] quick pace. Theres no dining in atm, but you can order ahead, or inside & to-go.

Wow, awesome place to snag coffee and a light snack. They are wicked busy. I think it took 30 minutes to get our order. We used the drive thru but the building was allowing customers in also. Staff is awesome and friendly. Handicapped parking and building acess. Great place to go
Not a great experience. Tons of people were waiting for drinks inside and having to wait even longer because their orders werent correct. Unfortunately mine was also incorrect and had only the cream and ice in my iced coffee. Not sure what happened, but it was disappointing.
Fast and friendly service in the drive thru. Our drinks appeared to not be mixed properly but I easily did so.

Great service! Great product! Corporate underestimated how popular they would be here in Paducah. Ky. The store is too small and the parking and drive through is severely inadequate. So much so, they have had to reroute traffic. We love our Starbucks! We love the staff!!!

This location is the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to. Not to mention the parking lot and drive thru are very inaccessible and inconvenient, the lobby is now “temporarily closed”. In addition to the inconvenience of the ordering process, the wait in the drive thru is usually 15+ minutes, only to be rudely told that they’re out of the product when you order. Needs improvement on keeping products in stock, store accessibility, and customer service. Will not be back to this location.
The drinks are great service aqsome but the lack of management is awfulli drive a long way to get it and most of the time u are out if u know u use i lot u order more and were u are located i have almost been hit 3 times just not worth it you should get one on south side paducah ky theirs nothinf over here
Terrible lone to find out they didnt have Frappuccino, nitro, cold brew...etc., etc., even out of grande cups so charged for venti. They needed to close their doors if their teuck suppliers cant deliver

Mobile ordering works great! BE AWARE, the lobby of this location is closed until June 1, 2020 due to government restrictions.** IF YOU MOBILE ORDER, you still have to wait in line at the drive thru. I mobile ordered and arrived 10 minutes later with at least 11 vehicles in line. (There’s no refund option either for mobile orders, you must get in line.)Employee informed me, when they open the lobby June 1, the self serve counter likely will NOT be stocked with self served items either.Be patient!That said, I’m so grateful for Starbucks and the employees here!

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to!! I ordered my drink through the app, it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I got there 15 minutes later and my drink wasnt ready, no big deal, it gives me a chance to explain my drink as the app didnt give me a spot for a note! I go to explain my drink, literally anything I said to her she rolled her eyes about so I asked her if there was an issue with my drink, she said that she was having a bad day, I get that but to treat a customer like that is just outrageous! Then she told me they were out of the dark roast I ordered, so I asked for a pour over, which Ive always been offered at every other Starbucks Ive been to and she told me that she didnt have time for that, so u asked for a manager who was in the back, if shes stressed maybe the manager should have been up front making sure his guests are happy! Needless to say, I wont return to this Starbucks again, I was in town visiting family from a few hours away, this wasnt a nice welcome from an out of town guest!
Instructions are not clear for pickup orders and two of the girl workers were rude. Waited 25 minutes only to be told I have to tell them I am there. Not a good experience passing through.

Had my drink messed up several times here and forgave them each time but this time, I asked for my regular drink topped with sweet cream. The girl at the drive through had no idea what I wanted (just bit of sweet cream added) and she comes back and gives me a cup full of foam and no ice. Yeah, never going here again.
I have been to several different Starbucks in different cities and compared to all others this one was the worst by far. Today there was a line all the way to the exit, once I was in line there were 15+ cars in front of me. I didnt mind the line or the wait, I was really craving my favorite drink and also didnt mind waiting the 45 minutes in drive thru line, though I have never waiting quite that long, even when there was busier traffic at other stores.There are a few reason I gave 1 stars.1. Because customer service/friendliness was very poor, drive thru employees seemed aggravated and not friendly at all. I understand it was busy but thats not an excuse to project that onto the customers, very unprofessional.2. Not confirming the order.I ordered and paid through the app while waiting in line, confirmed my order with the order taker, and when I got to the pickup window I was just handed my drink, not a word spoken to me. So I asked if it was a Carmel Macchiato, with 4 shot espresso and extra Carmel drizzle. They said yes and then just turned around that was it.3. My order was wrong and just bad, very bad...in several ways.I get this exact drink made exact same way every time I order it, Hot Venti Carmel Macchiato Quad shot with extra Carmel drizzle. I took a sip and 1st thing I notice was that it wasnt hot, it was warm at best.2nd the tase was WAY off! There was no Carmel flavor and tasted watered down and not strong espresso flavor from adding 2 extra shots. It tasted more like an old pot of plain coffee, left to room temperature that just had a little vanilla and milk added...it was bad.3rd I opened the lid after pulling forward so as to not hold up the line, and the color was very pale and worst part it was only 2/3 full, 16oz at best when supposed to be 24oz for a Venti. Sonthis might have explained the lack of espresso flavor. Honestly, I dont know how they couldnt have noticed. They had to have known it wasnt right and just handed out quick anyway. Even an employee just starting would know not to serve a coffee 3 inches below the rim of the cup. I can understand to some degree messing up the flavor but not serving a cup barely over half full.If I didnt have my sleeping toddler in the back seat I would have parked and gone in and asked to speak to a Manger.I have worked in busy drive thrus, when short staffed at that, and just as long lines if not more so, as well as worked at busy dine in restaurants. When things get that busy, mistakes can easily happen, but this was simply unacceptable and I am shocked at the service and quality, more like lack thereof.By the time I was leaving, the line was already wrapped back around to the exit again and I certainly wasnt getting back in line for another 45 minutes when I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me after getting coffee (or whatever that was, hardly could call it coffee).It didnt help that this was my 1st time going to the Paducah Hinkleville Road Starbucks. I wasnt so much angry as I was upset, very disappointed and stunned at how bad service and product were, nothing like any Starbucks I have ever been to. I would be more than happy to wait 45 minutes for a coffee from Starbucks, its so good...usually. But given that after the long wait the order was terribly wrong and service was crude, I will never, ever, go to this location again.Two hours later when I reach my destination I stopped at a Starbucks and ordered the same exact thing, just to compare and it tasted just like it was supposed to. At least I got to have my coffee...just had to pay twice and wasted time at Paducah store.
Worst starbucks Ive ever been to. Today at 3:15 I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, theyre out of the sweet cream. Got a cold brew white mocha. It was so sweet I couldnt drink it. I gave it back to the girl at the window she then argued with me and I said you wouldnt drink it and neither am I. She rolled her eyes. This type of behavior Ill go somewhere else for $5 coffee.

No birthday coffeeI ordered a Salted Carmel Mocha Frappe with whip creamPaid for a large then was handed the drink & told me sorry were out of whip cream.Maybe she should have told me before I paid. Really. I drove 22 miles to that store 1 way. Im disappointed in the service

The drive-thru line here is always long so dont be in a hurry. We waited about 15 minutes before getting to order. The counter was open inside too but no inside seating. Staff here is friendly though.

The parking lot is a mess!! This store is hard to get into and out of. They really need to rethink the flow of traffic. Drive thru almost always overflows into the street. You cannot get in and with a trailer of any sort. City of Paducah, please do something to open up the parking!Coffee was good as always.

Stopped in while I was in Paducah to get what I ALWAYS order when I go to ANY Starbucks. Was told um... Maam they discontinued sugar free Carmel like 3 years ago REALLY!!! Because Ive gotten my exact order to include sugar free Carmel in numerous other locations of Starbucks over the last several weeks... NOT going back to that location.
Starbucks is about the same where ever you go, which is a good thing. This location has a drive thru that offers convinenece. I must say all starbucks Ive visited has offered the same standard of service and quality.

Ordered a vanilla frap got a vanilla bean frap and also my snore frap tasted like burnt coffee and also the person who took my order was unprofessional about our questions about the specialty drinks. Just wish my experience was as great as it once was.

Super disappointed! I spend tons of $ at Starbucks, and have been all over the country visiting Starbucks.This was nuts the store was dirty, the shelves were almost empty as was the cooler. The cashier was not very friendly.When we finally got our drinks 2 of the 3 were wrong! Took forever to get someones attention to get it corrected. Then she still made it wrong, but I was watching so I could get it corrected before I walked out.Also was not offered any compensation for my drink being wrong!! Ugh!
