Pros.The staff who work there are friendly and try their best to help you with what they have to work with.Cons.Always understaffed.4+ Hour wait times on medications to be filled.1+ Hour wait in drive through.Calls to the pharmacy take around 20 Minutes + for someone to answer.The building is neglected and falling apart from the outside.Products inside are incredibly overpriced. You can walk to the Kroger across the street and buy the same items for half the price.I feel horrible for the staff here. They are doing their best and I am sure they dont get paid nearly enough to work in this place.

Pharmacy gave me some elses medicine a very critical and important one at that. So not only did I not get my prescription but someone didnt get theres on time either. I didnt realize it until I was hours away since u was going out of town and the paper stapled to the bag had my name and info but medicine 8n the bag was incorrect

The pharmacy at the CVS in Lone Oak, KY never answers the phone. You call for days and you cant get anybody to answer. Its ridiculous. Lone Oak Kentucky is not a big city so they cant be that busy!

Guess I spoke too soon! Not only have I had SO many issues getting my grandma’s medicine filled on a proper schedule, but I have a son who is on special shots and the Speciality department has been a nightmare getting those sent on time.Haven’t had one bad experience! They’ve been so quick to fill and help when needed! I use the app to get the prescriptions ready, so my wait time isn’t too long as well.

Dont work here drama and rediculous work loads toxic environment and manager just says deal with it

Dont come here for passport photo. They will simply print it out on 4x6 and you would have to cut it yourself. CS said they no longer have a photo cutter to make it the correct 2x2 size. A store so cheap that they wouldnt even spend $2 on a photo cutter from China? LMAO

This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Let the rating and reviews speak for themselves. The pharmacy dept would rather talk and play amongst themselves to actually help someone in a timely fashion.

Josh, refused to fill my prescription of xanax because I picked up the previous prescription 5 days after it was filled due to having some left over pills. So I was refused my refill for not taking more pills than I needed as the prescription directed 1 or 2 per day as needed. When I quoted him the federal code, he said he was allowed to refuse to fill a script. Not true per the code. Guess whos getting a complaint filed against him?

Been setting five deep in the drive-thru and moved one car in 20 minutes.

I honestly wish I could give this 0 stars. I’ve used this cvs for years now regularly only for the fact that they’re open 24/7 but it just isn’t worth it anymore. Apart from the super long wait times, they’ve been out of stock of general meds regualry, rude staff AND they mislabeled a serious medication dosage that thank God my relative caught before I finished them or who knows what could have happened. Never again.

They never give me my medications on time no matter how many times I ask and I have withdrawals everytime. They don’t even let me have emergency refills or anything.

Completely unprofessional. I have been a health care provider for 20+ years and dealing with Kathy at this CVS pharmacy was so disturbing. Unhelpful in dealing with a prescription request, asking about the phone number I was calling from and unwilling to help resolve a patient issue. Last thing I want to as a provider is argue with the pharmacy about the incorrect information they have, but she was so difficult.

This is the worst pharmacy ever !! Do not waste your time at CVS Pharmacy Hanna plaza Paducah Ky. The gray hair woman must hate working there so much, she is ruining this Pharmacy in the dirt. Every single time they take AT LEAST 5 hours to fill my prescriptions! Ridiculous! Im changing pharmacies! Oh and I have to wait at least an hour in their drive thru! And always understaffed!

I am pulling my medicine and the meds of all who live in my home out of this pharmacy. I am tired of waiting on hold to have meds refilled for no less then 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous. Most of the staff is nice dont get me wrong. But the one pharmacist is rude has messed up my meds, count amount of pills wrong. Say 60 pills a month and Im always short or will get half pills. Waited on hold for 40 minutes today to get my medicine refilled due to my dumb butt throwing away the RX number. Got ticked off when I hit 44 minutes and hung up. Just tried to call again hit the 30 minute mark I hung up. Im going to another pharmacy and I do plan to file a complaint with their corporate office. Apparently reviews on this pharmacy is not looked at by the company otherwise they would have changed things a long time ago. No wonder why people quit working at that place. My son decided to call them to see if he could get someone on the phone so I could get my medicine refilled hes been on hold for almost 20 minutes

I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Theres ALWAYS a guarantee that youll be waiting for at least 30 minutes to pick up your prescription from the line of people. Its ridiculous! They never have enough staff and on top of that, they arent even friendly. Ive heard them yell out other patients medication in front of customers waiting. Can we say HIPPA violation?? I used Strawberry Hills Pharmacy last month for a prescription and they will be my primary pharmacy from here on out. I never have to wait that long when I go in there and the staff is super friendly! Why I used CVS this long, I do not know! But what I do know is if youre in a good mood and walk into this CVS pharmacy, youll leave in a horribly, irritated mood.

Couldnt leave a zero star review. If you do business with the pharmacy please dont use the drive thru! When got in line I was 16. I am now retired and still havent made it to the window.

Horrible staff. Not helpful with answering questions. Horrible wait-I have been told to go home and come back a different day for my prescription. I have got notifications that they are ready to pick up and then the techs can not find them any where. Pharmacy technicians have literally yelled out all of my prescriptions and what they are for for the entire waiting room to hear. I heard one say another persons entire social security number out loud! Used this pharmacy for 1.5 years and definitely do not recommend. The service never got better. It doesnt matter what of the week, what time of the day- they always act and claim like they are too busy to help.

It was midnight I was exhausted after 7 hours at the emergency room with my husband . I don’t know what I said to upset the pharmacistHe pushed the scrips across the counter and refused to fill them. He told me not to bite the hand that fed me He eventually gave me the meds when I apologized for whatever I had said to upset him and explained that I was upset due to exhaustion he said that was not his problem

Exterior of building is dirty. Sand/grit on sidewalks, parking lot, old chewing gum, weeds growing through the landscaping. Neglected.

Most horrible service and wait times. A couple of times Ive had them tell me they got all my info. Everything will be ready at this time. Show up and they look at you like your full of it. Im pretty fair and patient, but this place has issues.

Terrible service in this pharmacy! They laughed and belittled me for attempting to use a coupon from GoodRx.The cashier even took my phone to the manager in the back, who also- literally- laughed. He stated that GoodRx is a fake app that sells your personal information to other companies.I stated that Walgreens across the street happily takes the aggregate coupons from GoodRx, and every other pharmacy in town, but he did NOT care about losing business, and belittled me again.Im writing this after my doctor easily changed the prescription to Walgreens, and Ive been reminded why I havent used CVS in years!

Drop off my prescription & lady told me someone would call my name. stood back there for 45 min. & decided to check on it. it was sitting there in a basket for who knows how long. it was only eye drops 😡
