He left the store feeling accomplished and proud that he got the shoes ordered. Previous experiences with another provider was not a good experience. Thank you for always being so accomodating!!

$95.00 FALSE POSITIVE!!! I had to have a rapid test done on Monday for a medical procedure I was having on Wednesday. I went to Davis Drug Store, paid $95, and had a rapid test administered. It came back positive, yet I had not had the first symptom. I decided to go to the health department the next day and have another test done that was sent off. On Friday, I received my results that I was, in fact, negative. I called Davis Drug store and asked about a refund. They took my name and number and said they would get the message to the right person. I didnt not receive a call back, nor do I anticipate getting one. This was a nearly $100 rip off.

Purchased a Golden power life and recline chair from Davis Drugs. Jeff was the sales associate and also did the delivery and set-up. Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, courteous, and kind. He helped me find the perfect chair for my specific needs.

Excellent customer service and product selection. Nearly 20 Liftchairs on display: several styles with different features, sizes, fabric, colors and prices. The showroom chairs were plugged in so we could test drive them. Vicki was so kind and helpful. We picked one out, but preferred a different color. Jeff brought out swatches and we picked out our preference, which was not in stock, but available: liftchair was delivered and set up at home in 6 days! If we ever have a problem with our chair, we call Davis Drugs, not some big corporate office. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. Listened and answered all our questions. We even test drove some mobility scooters, again, a great selection. No need to shop around for liftchairs, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and other medical equipment; we will just go to Davis Drugs.

I found Davis Drugs while searching for a maternity belly band. They were so friendly and very helpful and knowledgable about the products they carried! As I was being fit for my band, I realized they also carry a line of boutique style baby items as well as other pregnancy related items! Being pregnant, its not easy to walk thru large stores, and it was so nice to walk a short distance to get what I needed, plus some! As a first time visitor, I will definitely be back for more of my families medical and pharmaceutical needs!

Jeff was amazing setting up the lift chair for my client! To see the excitement on her face and for her to be able to become more independent is a blessing and we couldn’t do it without the help of Jeff! Thanks so much! If you need any assistance on finding something like a recliner or anything for assisting your loved ones, I definitely recommend you going to Jeff!

I wrote a review a few months ago, but it seems to have disappeared. Got a wheelchair from Davis in March of 2021, which started falling apart soon after receiving it. Do not get a Probasics! The brake falls off, the seat broke, the arm has broken, its just junk. They offered another chair, which we told them all along would not fit through our doorways. When asked if they would stand behind their product the lady said no. Because of this we are having to fight with insurance to get another chair, meanwhile the chair is getting worse and worse. This has been a nightmare.Update:. Now the arm is falling off and its not even 6 months old.

I needed a cup holder attachment for my wheelchair. They were so helpful with installing my cup holders in my walker and my wheelchair.Its an assistant drink hiolder and it folds flat.Thank you, Davis Drugs!!!

If you haven’t been to David Drug your missing out ! There new baby section is amazing it has all the new cute must haves! My pictures won’t load to show you some of there amazing Merchandise ;( I am expecting my first baby and Jeff & Alicia were amazing they set down and went over everything with me to help me find the right Breastpump! Answered all my questions and was so nice and funny! Wonderful Customer service will definitely be back !

May 11, 2021 a woman called to notify my RX was ready to pick up. It was suppose to be sent to Humana as I get 90 days with NO Co Pay. The woman stated it was not a problem and they would handle transferring it to Humana. I called Humana 9 days later to be told Davis Rx never sent the Rx to them. After being transferred to 4 employees I was told they would NOT call Humana and stated Humana would have to call them. The call kept going down hill as I spoke to the male pharmacist. I explained my RX was for a STRONG Diuretic to be taken 2x daily and I trusted they would do as stated on May 11. I will NEVER recommend or utilize this business again. I am writing HONEST this TERRIBLE review as promised. The pharmacist encouraged me. This review could have been avoided if Davis Rx cared about their customers health and their reputation. HUMANA contacted my MD and has taken care of my needs.

Davis Pharmacy has a great environment. The staff is incredibly nice and personable. They also have a great selection of all the baby things you need (breast pumps, etc.).

If you need anything I think you can find it at Davis Drugs. From lift chairs to home medical supplies and even everyday over the counter products I think they have it all. If they do not have what you are looking for they will see if they can order it. A bonus is how friendly the staff are and will help you with every question you may have. From free delivery for prescriptions this pharmacy is the best in town hands down!!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Davis Drugs! Going to get a breast pump, I had no idea what I was doing. They helped me and guided me through the selection process and were beyond happy for my family and our new addition.

My father needed a lift chair after His recent surgeries. Davis Drugs communicated with my family so well during the process of buying and delivering the chair. The delivery and set up was quick and easy. The gentleman answered all of my Fathers questions and demonstrated all the controls. We would highly recommend Davis Drugs!

Love that this is a local, family owned store! You get amazing service that you wouldnt normally get in a big franchise chain store. Everyone is always so friendly and eager to help. My 4 year old daughter loves it there because she knows its the store with TY Beanie babies and suckers!

While caring for a family member who was severely injured, I needed medications the larger pharmacies did not have in stock. I called Davis Drugs and they were extremely helpful. We purchased a Pride LiftChair from Davis Drug approx one year ago. Recently there was an issue with the chair. Called Davis Drug in Paducah and spoke with Jeff the salesman in the health care products division. Relayed to him the problem. He told me he would come and check it out. With in 30 minutes or less Jeff was at the house. He solved the problem within 20 min. or less. Rarely do you find such prompt and efficient customer service in 2020. Thanks again Jeff for your prompt and outstanding service.

I really love how friendly and helpful the staff are. They are quick and knowledgeable. And I like the location, it’s close to my work and I can stop by after I get off and make a quick errand out of it.

I’ve personally never used this pharmacy I’ve been told by many people how well and great they are by reading the reviews the proof is in the pudding so some say I’m thinking of switching pharmacies don’t get wrong I absolutely love my small pharmacy that I have been going to for over 2 years it’s West Town Pharmacy fast great service but this place sounds the same I live up in Reidland Davis Drugs is by far a closer drive for me we’re my pharmacy is out in west village so I might be seeing you guys very soon I been looking for smaller local pharmacy that is like the one I’m at this place sounds awesome I had trouble for years with I call the big 3 haha 😆 Wallgreens Walmart and CVS they were not for me at all so probably next I’ll be coming to swap my info prescriptions over to you guys it breaks my heart to leave west Towne Pharmacy but it’s a lot longer drive to there I’m glad I saw this review option on here egotism the two people that gave these people a bad review task Wjy? It’s obvious that there’s a ton of great reviews about the pharmacy and two of you bashed them really after what read they in the process of fixing the problems or already had so why do that anyway I look forward to coming in and meeting the staff and hoping things will workout and I can switch over thanks for the review section and if you don’t any good things to say I was told when was a child don’t anything at all for those two other people go somewhere else and leave what what sound a great pharmacy and staff a line see you guys soon

I purchased a lift chair for my nephew who has MD and very limited mobility.picked it up Saturday may 24 approx. 6 pm my brother called to tell me chair was broken they told me they would have to contact co,it is now june 1 and I have heard nothingdavis drugs say they are not responsible but co. is.davis drugs took my 1100 dollars I want my money returned so I can buy another chair.his old lift chair is 8 years old and worn but better than new chair he has no place he can sit and watch TV
