Lovely place, super friendly staff

I had tried to take back a hoop that did not fit my embroidery machine. I had bought it 2 years ago, but they had pot the wrong hoop in with my purchases. I didnt need it till here lately. When I took it back, they would not exchange or reimburse me. It was theyre mistake. I was very disappointed 😞. It cost me $80 to buy the right one!! I know it had been a while, but they had my receipt and still said it was too long!😡🤬

They have a large selection of fabrics! The staff is friendly and nice. You use hand sanitizer entering the door so it seems pretty clean.

We had a short but lovely visit. The staff were welcoming, cordial greeting, super helpful - cut our fabric with a smile. Lovely visit! Keep up the excellent customer service.

Love this store. The friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere is a welcome treat for everyone who enters here. The staff is knowledgeable and if they dont have answers, they know where to find them. The classes are staffed by people who know what they are doing and sometimes push to try new things. Several times a year, nationally recognized instructors are brought in to demonstrate and/or teach new projects.

So tired of the elitest attitudes here. Took my money to English Sew and Vac and found what I needed

Bought my Bernina QE 770 Tula Pink Edition at this store and the staff and owner were amazing! Not only did they treat us like family they invited me back for a workshop to learn how to the use the machine. The shop gave everyone that bought the machine a free two day workshop on how to use all the features. This included a prepaid one night stay at a local hotel and meals. I have never received such amazing service anywhere before. I will continue to make the 90 minute drive for classes and fabrics. If you can make the trek to Paducah make sure to stop there.
