Great selection of furniture and bedding. Customer service lacked some today for us though. Came on a previous date and found a mattress set we really liked. We live an hour away so we called up the day before returning and purchased the mattress. When we got there they did not have the box springs. Then, they pulled the mattress and there was a blue stain. Nothing horrible, but not what you like to see when purchasing a new mattress. We were told they had another one at their storage facility a few miles away. Followed worker there.... no mattress. Drove all of the way back to the store. While discussing what we could do to fix it worker left to help another customer even though we had been there over an hour by this time.... all to pick up a mattress we had already purchased and planned on just stopping by to pick up. They did offer us a discount on the mattress with the small stain and we finally got loaded up. Was a little more frustrated though on way home because the mattress got a little wet because we hit the rain we were trying to beat, which we would have if the mattress was ready to go when we initially showed up to get it.

This use to be a good place to shop for inexpensive furniture NOT anymore. They had a decent selection but the prices were really high. There were about 4 or 5 employees in there. One young lady was doing all the work. The others were sitting around a table playing cards and being rather loud. All this while there were about 5 different groups of people in there looking.

Sell you something then dont have...then confronted with making other choices..... something else...Shame

The gentlemen that helped me was friendly, just not very talkative or personable. I really didnt need much help mostly wanted to look around. They have a nice, but not huge selection. Prices are reasonable.

A friendly atmosphere, with nice gentleman who are willing to help unlike some pushy salespeople. Nice furniture at a reasonable price. Would shop here for whole home if needed!

Absolutely wonderful people. We bought a couch and loveseat along with a new bed and dining table. The sales staff and delivery staff were friendly, top notch people and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back again to buy from this store.

I recently bought a mattress and box springs from them. They were late to deliver plus it was delivered in a beat up pickup and the guy brought his girlfriend with him. Both the manager and the delivery guy acted like they didnt care and that I was stupid for having a problem with the manner of which my items were delivered. They did not apologize or offer any sort of help in this matter.

Good prices, crappy people. If it snows for 3 you get it for free!!! It snowed 3 inches last year, and we did not get it for free. Cons, liars, and 18 year old children trying to sell me furniture. But hey, my bed comfortable. Ill just never go back.

Selection not as great as youd hope and prices not as low as expected. Ended up buying better quality furniture for same price elsewhere.

Buyer beware. Bought a gueen bed and box spring...seemed like a good one in the store.Mattress was awful after 1 year.box spring squeezed also after 1 year and found out it was made with Cardboard ..not wood! Terrible store..

Have been waiting 3 weeks for a sofa set they said would be in; in 3 or 4 days. Total bs. Ill be taking my furniture shopping else where as suggest you do the same.

Cheap furniture. No special orders. Only one person there. Bad experience. But I just had to see for myself. If you want quality furniture dont go here.

Great name brands & reasonable prices

We had purchased a queen size bed from there and loved the product. So we decided to purchase bunk beds from there. We loved it and it was easy to put together until we saw it came with 4 metal wire and made the mattress sink in without my children laying and not bunkie boards. When I called they wasnt going to give me a refund and wanted me to spend $50 per bunkie boards. I didnt agree with that and they decided to give me a refund. We wasnt told when we purchased that it didnt come with bunkie boards. When I called about my refund and how I was going to get it, I got smarted off by a employee saying that he has never dealt with a customer like me before and he didnt appreciate it at all. What kind of place would say that to a paying customer whether or not getting a refund? We wanted cash back because we was going to get new bunk beds that came with bunkie boards. I didnt appreciate it and when my husband asked to talk to the owner via phone, the owner got smart and told us that we either had to get the refund they wanted to do or get out of her store. The employee was laughing at us thinking we was being funny and got smart with my husband when we was complaining on the service that we had received. What kind of place that small would do that? We will never return to that place even if it was the last store on earth!!!!
