Finally got to stop in recently. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable and was glad to talk grills and smokers. The store has numerous types and brands of grills/smokers, most of which are probably the next tier up from what you can get at most big box stores. They have all kinds of fuels, and from what I can tell prices are comparable (in some cases cheaper) than chain retailers. The main reason I dropped in was to pick up a specific bbq sauce. Kentucky BBQ Supply also carries sauces and rubs that you likely won’t find in your everyday grocery store. I’ll definitely be back frequently.

Being a speciality shop, one would believe the man running it would be happy to talk BBQ grills and such. Nope! He was rude and barely could carry on a conversation. Might be a decent store, but your attitude sir, will not be bringing us back.

I purchased a PK grill from Kentucky BBQ supply last week and absolutely love it! Knowledgeable staff and great customer service throughout the whole buying experience.

Great store and great service

I would consider this a high end grill store with a few bbq supplies. While they do stock some unique items, whats missing is a wide selection of rubs/sauces and tester bottles so you can try them as well as comp cooking needs like disposable cutting boards, and accessories for anything above a typical home cook. (Think STL and Memphis for a true bbq supply store.) After a couple of hours in the car to get there, the lack of a public restroom certainly limited our time exploring the store and any additional purchases.

Great service and prices

All I can say about this store where I did purchase a costly gift is that this was the last visit I will make to such an unwelcoming merchant. Sad indeed.
