GREAT selection not enough cashiers two is not enough cashiers for such a large store and people need jobs I refuse to use self check out I dont get paid to work here. come on people management get it together I wont stand in line for more than 30 mins then Im gone you can keep your groceries. Im not being rude the prices are high enough the least you can do is check us out and bag the groceries God bless US all

This store has been here forever. I know its hard to keep a new store clean, so this picticula store will never look or be clean. It needs to be straight up tore down and built back new. And fix the parking lot!!

I was refused the ability to buy alchohol because my licensed just expired. I explained what the dmv had told me to the cashier and Managaer. There is an executive order from Gov. Beshear Kentucky Official Order. 112155 that expiration dates have a 90 day extension. Therefore, my ID by law does not expire until february. This place likes to give instacart workers as much problems as possible. luckily instacart still paid me for the order I lost due to the poor management of this Krogers.

Dependably fresh produce, dairy, and meat. Local feel, fair prices.

My favorite local grocery store. Awesome deals and great quality of food. Especially the produce my favorite. I eat more produce than meat and little processed food so thats important to me. The store is clean. Service is always friendly and prompt. And they seem to have a variety of other kinds of food most stores dont have. Not to mention the discounts! I hear they treat their employees well too. I dont know this first hand. But I couldnt not support a store that covers all their bases. Well done!

Usually love Krogers but employe that assumed that it was her job to lecture me about my daughter being with me upon entering the store then tracking us down to lecture us more about proper spacing, I brought the cart from the parking lot to lean on and support myself because I have a crushed disc in my back, and i am well aware of the importance of distancing, I have a messed up lung missing a kidney and no spleen, that means I am very immune compromised, I am dirty from work because I love my job and want to continue to contribute to society, my silence was not an acceptance of your lecture on social distancing, but had I open my mouth to respond I probably would have completely unloaded on you, and pulled up my shirt in front of you and everybody to show you the 12 inch long scar from my belly button to my rib cage.

I stopped in here to grab just a few groceries. The clerks were nice and I was there kind of late in the day so the store wasnt very busy. It looked clean and organized. The deli was nice and the produce looked good. I saw that this particular location offers grocery pickup.

Over priced buy lottery tickets there they dont want to cash them they dont have any money place, customer service counter light turned off, why store open for business with no immediate customer service representatives to address issues shut the light off with this all about the store is open the customer service counter should be open

Convenient for me. I get confused at their layout, but they usually have what I want. They have a good meat dept., I think you can tell a lot about how the whole store is by the way their meat deptlooks.They could be more customer friendly. Great produce dept., looks fresh most of the time.I especially like the Kroger card. It gives you 3 cents a gallon off your gasoline!

Would be nice if thier web sight was up to date on what time they open it says 6am but I was told when I got thier they said 7am so I had to weight a hour

Since the remodeling and upgrades this store is a booming store with a large selection and great staff. The lines can get long at times but its usually because there is just that many people. They have a great rewards program for fuel and the discount card is free and helpful.

Love the Irvin Cobb Kroger. Mr Gary in produce is so sweet. He will walk the store with me to find everything I need. Mrs Paula at the check out is so patient with me and very knowledgeable of the store. Thank You Krogers on Irvin Cobb.

Each visit I have at any one of the 3 local Kroger sites is good. Sometimes there might be longer lines that annoys some, but having been in management, I understand. Sometimes that is the cost of lower prices.

The store is very well kept. The only thing that could make it better, is if there were not so many people there when I shop. I know they live it too.

I always have a good shopping experience at our Kroger! Went there today, and the cashier, Dekota I think her name was, was Super Awesome! Smiled the whole time, very nice, seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job! Made great small talk while she rang me up.. I am a little worried because from my experience talking with employees they just stick them in places that they are not properly trained in and leaves them confused. And recently, while this Epidemic going on, a friend told me they were checking out and overheard an emoloyee saying they were sick and tried to call in. Thier boss refused to let them stay home. Are they really doing this to their employees AND the general public? Even if it is just a small bug they had, shouldnt the managers be more cautious?

A grocery store not too big if a foot print. This Kroger location carries organic foods, fresh, non-perishables, frozen entres, breads to name a few items. Friendly and helpful checkers/employees.

Needs to treat its employees better. The turnover rate is so high theres always a lack of cashiers & baggers. Staffer is very accommodating when theyre not being pulled to help with check-out.

The store was very clean and has a variety of produce. They even carried the Freshpet refrigerated dog food. Before I had to drive to Petsmart to get it. Saves a lot of time and driving. Check out clerks were very friendly and nice. I will shop there again.

Love the sales and coupons here. Makes shopping cheaper! Everyone loves saving money. I downloaded the Kroger app and there are lots of digital coupons.

The bakery did a great job making the cake for a military retirement and helping me find everything else I needed. Great customer service.

I visit this particular Kroger location frequently (more than once a week) and have never experienced poor customer service or encountered any type of situation that made me leave unhappy. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Numerous times employees have gone above and beyond to help me whether I specifically ask for help or they voluntarily inform me of even more ways to save! The Kroger app is awesome when it comes to available coupons and comparison to other corporately ran businesses that provide gas stations, Kroger is the best at automatically offering low prices and the point system which allows you to reach multiples of $0.10 off depending on points earned ($1.00 spent is 1 point earned) but the receipt provides the option of filling out a short survey to receive 50 fuel points instantly. Thus making it even more easily obtainable to reach the 100 point mark that gives you the $0.10 off fuel. Kroger is by far the best all around and this location is my particular favorite due to the friendly staff I have always been impressed with.

The deli has good food. The store is always very clean. They have good steaks.

We are in an area where there are 3 Krogers within a 6 - 8 mile radius. Also, within that radius are 2 Super Walmart, a Sams Club and a Banks Super market. Very competitive! Kroger has good deals, up to date, fresh, local and customer service is top shelf. Their fuel point system great; you can earn up to $1 per gallon off!

This Kroger is the worst out of the ones in Paducah. Their items are either never stocked or very expired. Their prices are never correct in the organic section and to be honest, the organic section there is very neglected. Its worth the drive to go to the next Kroger.

I drive a long way to go to kroger. Because they have the freshest produce by far better than any walmart Sams club and all the other competitors by a long shot. Always making it look good and everything. I think he needs a vacation or a promotion or a raise. Cause yes he is that good!!! There is one cashier that is rude, doesnt pay attention to what she is doing, has hit me multiple times with a cart while checking out and never apologizes. Some employees go above and beyond to help, others avoid contact to make sure they dont get asked for help.

Bc no matter when I go to grocery store, they are out of ham n cheese loaf! Its my favorite sandwich meat, they NEVER HAVE IT! Plz order more, if you Kno you constantly run out of it, wouldnt it be smart to order more, isnt that how you make money? Not trying to be an ass, jus being real. I only go to grocery once or twice a month, I would RATHER shop here at Kroger, then I would Walmart (bc I have extremely high anxiety) n Walmart tests me n gets me a nervous wreck, plus yall have better meat quality then Walmart. But my ONLY concern is to plz have Ham n Cheese Loaf on the shelf.
