Needed a blower motor for my furnace out of a 1996 mobile home and they had one in stock and it was an oem fit so it was an easy plug and go, also the guy helped me with getting the right stuff for cleaning my a coils to my air conditioner so I would get the beat cold air from it

The guy sold me the wrong size part because he did not compare the part that I had brought in. When I tried to return the part the guy was very rude aND told me it had been put on and would not return it. If your going to sell someone the wrong part then have the decency to return it.

Tried to explain my situation to warranty department and was hung up on. I am on the hook for an AC unit that left the factory with a freon leak. Goodman representative told me it was up to distributor whether or not to replace it. Johnstone chose to hang up on me.
