The staff at Cloud 9 is impeccable. The young lady Katelyn that helped me took the time to help me figure out exactly which type of product I needed. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. She thanked me for my patriotism and invited me back to the store. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a knowledgeable business for these types of products.

Its a chill atmosphere, they are always respectful and nice, and always answer my goofy questions when Im in there, if you havent been in you should definitely check them out

Very nice head shop. Lots of pipes, bongs, smoking apparatuses and accessories sold at reasonable prices. Very cool unique selection of posters including some selections produced from a local artist which I found impressive work. The owner was very polite, helpful, and appreciative of our patronage.

Hands down the best smoke shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their merch is of the highest quality and their staff is about as awesome as it comes. Especially the owner, that man kept the shop open for an extra 30 min because I was in a jam and desperately needed what they had and had to come from MO. And it was on a Sunday! Good people like that are getting harder and harder to find. Then on top of everything, my product was $10-$15 cheaper than anywhere else I’ve purchased it in the past. So top shelf merch, great prices, and damn good folks behind the counter. What more could you ask for? So y’all give em your business. Thanks again

Very friendly staff. Does not sell cigarettes or any tobacco products. All they sell is having to do with vaping or paraphernalia that has to do with e-cigarettes.

I’ve spent $600 with this store over the last several months and asked on numerous occasions for them to keep certain products on the shelf only to be directed to “shop at the new store” which is completely out of my way. It seems customer service doesn’t really matter at Cloud 9 and from now on I will be ordering off the internet instead of trying to shop local with them.

I purchased a vape from this store. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure about ALOT and it was expensive, for me. The owner made me feel at ease by explaining I had 90 days to return. I returned within that time only to be refused. I was willing to trade. Still denied. The way he explained it to me was “ I never would have said that, it’s only manufacturer warranty”. Well, I NEVER would’ve made the purchase if it was explained in that manner due to me being unsure and hesitant. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. That’s just terrible 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, I paid over double for this....it’s online for waaayyyyy cheaper

If you use CBD products, then this is the place for you. Ive met the owner and it seems he really cares about the community and doing the right thing for it. If you want a shop who winks at you as they put a tiny baggy of tobacco in your bag at checkout, go down the street. If you want to see someones competition who is scared enough to erect a billboard just outside as a vain attempt to save their own business look no further than Cloud 9. Let me make it clearer, Cloud 9s competition put a billboard outside of Cloud 9s property and its rather laughable. This was enough to make me curious why such a hilarious display was made. And I wasnt disappointed by the Cloud 9 folks.

They have a great rewards program and very nice people. Clould 9 is the only place Ill be shopping at.

This is one of my favorite store in paducah. I vape and having a place that ALWAYS have my type of coil is a very nice thing I tend to burn mine up often. They are very friendly and really knows there stuff about CBD products. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for most types of mods, vape Accessories, and other items to smoke tobacco out of.

I am absolutely in love with this place. Their prices are affordable, their staff are so friendly and helpful, and they have a vast array of items. I go here to purchase my CBD oil because it is of high quality, and I know that the manufacturer is reputable. I would venture to say that this place is a godsend. I dont know what I would do without my CBD most days, as it helps me with my chronic neck pain. CBD is pretty expensive regardless where you go, but Cloud 9 has it for fair prices. They even have a rewards program, and Ive saved quite a bit of money! I highly recommend checking them out, they have all sorts of smoking accessories and a variety of tobacco to choose from. You wont regret it!

I drive from Murray to Paducah just for there. Its a great environment and great employees.

Not a bad shop, the girl said she was learning about Vaping. I know I got ripped off on a box of coils when we went there. She either knew what she was doing or really has no clue and only knows about Pot since it was half pot half vape. Wont stop there again on a road trip.

They have a little tiny plaque on the wall behind the counter that says no returns but you cannot see it good enough to read it, nor will they tell you this while your shopping there. There are plenty of good vape stores around Paducah Kentucky to find what your looking for without throwing your hard earned cash away at cloud 9. Its more like cloud 0! Save your money and go somewhere where they really care about the customer. I certainly wont ever walk through those panhandling doors again...
