This company deserves ZERO stars. I called a couple weeks back and the customer service rep was extremely insulting. When I asked some questions she insulted me for asking them and was condescending and patronizing when she finally answered them. I didnt want to loose my cool so I asked to be transferred to a different representative, but she just hung up on me. I know the call wasnt just dropped because I called again and when she realized it was me she hung up AGAIN!!!

During the slow months of winter, the delivery is regular. The Spring is sometimes harder as the demand increases before the seasonal help is hired. This summer has been TERRIBLE. Twice this season, I have seen the bottom of my box. Called three days ago and still no ice.
